So hemorrhaging balst is definitely more important that getting slow release medpack? or is the tradeoff for HoT more important

How important is Hem blast for a DF scoundrel is it a must have for the build or can i forego this ability for the sake of more points in sawbones or scrappy?

Thanks for the replies, the 23/0/23 build looks pretty solid, how is the dps on it though, is there any mobs that give you a particularly hard time. I mean i expect it to be harder to play than a more DPS spec but not near impossible to be successful.

I've been experimenting with the idea of maybe 15/0/31 to be able to maintain decent dps with dirty fighting while still being able to qualify for Emergency med pack, saw another build that was 19/27/0 but that was focused on a scrapper dps, so im thinking scrapper might be the better route for this...
