This heroic on Makeb is impossible to complete for me, and I do belive others have experienced the same. During the part of the mission where the tracker tells you to "Sabotage the Lift Controls", the terminal in question that needs to be activated is inoperable. There is no way to activate it, and as far as I know, no way to progress around it. Playing on the Progenitor server, for the record.

When you advance to the point where the mission tells you to "Locate the failsafe Console", and you enter the Personal Phase area, the mission does not advance. The boss, the monolith, does not show up. Resetting the phase once inside is impossible (for me at least). Several other people seem to have the same issue.
