Gearing you is not an issue if you are willing to commit to the group, though our raiding times are adamant. We have several members who are available on sundays, so yes there is raiding possible raiding on sunday.

There is so much content that you need to play with others to have access (Flashpoints and Operations for instance) which makes being in a guild easier than just being a lone wolf. Also, you need to learn how gearing works, which stats you need, what augments to put, how to craft stuff etc etc.
