  1. If I get a security key: 1) Will I be able to avoid having to wait for an email and then enter the password from that email? 2) Will I be able to use it if I let my subscription lapse for a few months then return as a VIP player?
  2. I just played Enemies of the Republic and each trio of bad guys were easy to kill. It was like one was geriatric, another had left his favourite weapon at home and was using a borrowed one, and the third was drugged. I also tried the one in Alderaan with the nasty spinning droid that used to kill everyone in a 4-man group at least twice. Now it was sad and pathetic and easy to kill. I felt sorry for it and decided to drop my light sabre and use my bare fists to make the battle between him and Level 29 me less one-sided in my favour. Level sync is a great idea but it needs tweaking. And you should be able to opt out of XP for a mission you've already done. And stop giving me XP for simple crafting. An idea might be to introduce a second type of XP which isn't for levelling but for something else, like getting currency perks. Great game, absolutely love it, but this latest update ain't working.
  3. As someone who disappears for a few months then returns to the game, I find that this game has become too easy. Mobs are no longer a challenge. Heroic 2s can be soloed without breaking a sweat and heroic 4s are gone. There's no room for groups any more (no reason to have friends in game) and a couple of heroic 2s will see me level up, which I don't want. I want to enjoy the game slowly (including as many missions as possible) but it's all about getting to 60 or 65. In the rush to get there, the content gets forgotten. I'm even afraid to practise my crafting skills as these give too many XP. I don't know whether I will renew my membership after these next two months are over. I want to role play and immerse myself in the game. Instead, I feel like I'm on a conveyor belt that's moving only in one direction and going too fast. If I have a suggestion it's PLEASE LOWER THE XP FOR EACH MISSION AND FOR CRAFTING. Let people like me play at our own pace or you will end up with only a few hard core players.
  4. The description for Shadowy Veil (Infiltration Damage tier 2) says "Increases your armour rating by 15%/30% while Shadow Technique or Force Technique is active". However, when I look at my character panel, the extra armour rating only occurs when Combat Technique is active and not when the other techniques are active! Is the description wrong, is my character panel wrong or is there a bug in the game?
  5. Why is it that I cannot learn from the Cybertech trainer to craft mods of 12, 14, 16, 18 etc only 12A, 14A, 16A, 18A? I can craft mods of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 but I want to craft mods of 12, 14, 16 and 18 since they give better crit stats than 12A, 14A, 16A and 18A. Mods of 12, 14, 16 and 18 are certainly available since I have acquired them either from the commendation mods vendor or as mission rewards. I just want to be able to craft them. Thanks.
  6. This might sound like a daft question but is one moddable armor any better than another? If I am, say, Level 20, have orange armor and fill it with good mods. As I level, I change the mods and armoring, but why would I want to change the armor? Some armors sell for 100,000s credits while others for 500 credits. If they're all moddable , what is the difference and why is one so much more expensive than the other?
