Same thing is happening to me, starting today. I filed a ticket which did nothing but yell me to go to the forums So tired of this every patch, more gets broken than fixed.

Things are getting better for me on Harbinger, with the exception of getting a Error 4001 and getting booted every hour on the hour.

So how about a partial rebate for not being able to play for two days? Or even better some cartel coins in game to make up for the loss because, quite honestly, this is ridiculous.

Are these related? My game was doing just fine, up until a few days ago when the DDOS attack started and I started getting disconnected error 9000 literally every 15 minutes or less. There was a time period of about a two months ago when this started happening all the time, than it suddenly stopped and has now started back up again. Its like a sudden burst of data comes through the feed and my lag rate goes through the roof and logs me out when it hits 20K. When I go back to the server screen to click on my character it makes the lightsaber noise but will not log into the game. I have to quit completely, put it my password and keycode, which means I Have to load the app on my mobile phone constantly because it logs me out constantly, and its just become a huge pain in the *** hassle. This has completely destroyed any pleasure I derive from playing this game, let alone trying to log into alts and get any crafting done. I get absolutely nowhere with customer service and I mean nowhere. I get the same standard from reply from that ridiculous protocol droid that tells me to check the forums. My Internet is screaming fast as well as my machine which is brand new. I would, for once, just wish they would come out and say what the problem is, instead of redirection.
