I'm in Oregon on Comcast (Xfinity). All characters on Harbinger and I used to see low to mid 30 ms constantly with occasional spikes up to 40 ms. I'm now seeing an average around 90 to 92 ms. Honestly, it's not that bad for me, but there are several guild-mates from Australia talking about between 300 and 500 ms pings and not being able to play or seeing it as worth it anymore. :-( I hope Bioware can figure out a way to bring a west coast server back... please.
