I suggest another option for romance locking in KotFE. 9th chapter one wasn't clear enough for most people. Can you add another opportunity to lock romance in further chapters?

There's a certain option at the end of 9th chapter, where you talk with companions at the cantina. Lower version is flirt, which starts romance, and upper version, where you can volunteer somebody to talk with your character. Most people would think that upper version is flirt option with Theron, so they aren't locking their romances. I didn't lock it on my main, course this choice is very unclear. Will there be another opportunity to lock romance in the future chapters?

For those, who think the change is fine: create a new character without a legacy and its perks after a patch. No credits, no perks, nothing to buff both companion and yourself. This patch will primary hit new players for whom KotFE had been created in the 1st place. And what's up with "Choose any companion and any role for him/her"? It will be "Choose DPS role for any companion and grind indluence like crazy. Hope this companion won't die too".
