So I got to the door to the Orbital Defenses as the server maintenance happened and when I logged back on the door was open and I couldn't progress. Killed two Jedi inside and it did nothing. I submitted an in-game ticket a while ago and still nothing. Help?

Hello, I got the promotion on my launcher a while ago saying I'd get 500 cc on July 7th, yet it's July 20th now and still no cc. Any help here?
