My raid team and I cleared 16m HM Colossal Monolith sometime back, but the achievement did not pop for us. Proof of the clear is here: https://imgur.com/a/5EZgQBE http://parsely.io/parser/view/535127 My raid members who raised their tickets (#38237788, #38237787, #38237790) got their achievement granted by Ralf from CS (https://imgur.com/a/Kf1QhFG), while I raised FIVE tickets (#38252183, #38242854, #38241234, #38239404, #38237810) and got attended to by this guy called Jobin who claimed that there's no combat log registered in their system and REFUSED to grant me my achievement (https://imgur.com/a/5Z018nz). Recently, another group cleared 16m HM Monolith ( ) and it is clear that the achievement is bugged. I want to know why the different response from the CS. I want to know why Jobin refuse to spare some effort and consult Ralf to find out how he knew that my raid members cleared HM Monolith. And lastly I want my achievement. I did not sub just to have my operations achievement bugged out.

Faced this same problem too, was using Win10, with a non-streaming launcher. What worked for me was simply updating my Win 10 Version from 1809 to 1909. Also ran the game as admin.
