I understand what you way and i dont think vowrawn is weak either, but i see that ppl dont understand jadus. And he was the first to saw that the Empire was fealing duo to it, or at least the first that decided to do something about it (Malgus saw it after chapter4 at the battle of ilum, and Marr started to see after makeb), but he couldnt just ask nicely and politly to his fellow Council members to stop fighting one another and focus the Republic and the jedis, we are talking about siths, so he planed to overcome the Council so he could unite the Empire through fear, siths dont have loyalty they must fear you to respect you, thats the way Jadus found to unite the Empire. Now when Jadus tryed to make his move the Empire was on its peak, they just had made a deadly blow on coruscant, the Republic lost hummer station and one of their capital ships was invaded by mandalorian raiders, the Empire conquered balmorra, so when Jadus foresaw the Empire fall and needed to change ppl said he was creazy and most went against him. Was easyer for Marr, by the time Marr "took over" the Empire was broken, lost balmorra, lost corellia, the jedis killed Vitiate and many Dark lords on corellia and they still had to fought Malgus that also tryed but nobody listened. So you see how Jadus is always ten steps ahead, he sees the possibles futures better than anyone. Suposse Jadus return right now and want to take over the Empire, i wonder what would Vowrawn do, would he confront Jadus? Or would he submit? I think he would submit after all he is a survivor.

Still Jadus had all of them in his hand no matter their power base or personal power and attributes, Jadus' intelligence surpassed them all, his only mistake was focus on how to overcome the council and underestimate the agent (or not if you choose to be his hand). Also if you choose to arrest Jadus you would call the intire Dark Council to take him in, isnt that overkill for a avarage Dark lord? Also if you choose hand of jadus, hell he actualy "rule" the empire from imperial intelligence, he had the intire dark council in check (the Council by the end of chapter1 at its peak, yes im talking about Marr, Mortis, vow, Baras...). come on pls search the character not only on wookieepedia but in game and the quotes and the possibilities of dialog. Jadus knew everything the emperor would do even before the jedi Knight kill Vitiate. By the end of chapter4 keeper (now minister of intelligence) says that jadus is far from not knowing what is happening in the galaxy even in his absance.

the Dark Council is the 12 greatest and powerful sith lords of the Empire , i dont believe that any non force user can actualy beat one of them. However is possible that a non force user could kill a simple lord or acolyte , i think we need to have that in mind. We are speaking of the Dark Council not any sith. I mean Jadus could do with the agent the same thing he did with Kaliyo, i dont think there was a fight there.
