This is one of things I find so different with this community comparing to other games. Especially this being a game where it’s all about story the past few years. SPOILERS!.. I am a returning player, have legendary status and that doesn’t matter.. just came back to check the game. I’m am enjoying it so far.. checked the forums due to this “big kotaki whatever gloom prediction” .. all fine for me no issues.. If you look in other threads you will see that Swtor is not very graphic card demanding but more the actual processor. Both the laptops you put there look to be decent i7 quad core. You should have no problems running Swtor. Saying that, you will still get fps issues. If you expect to run everything at more than 60fps just forget it. I have a little pc monster myself with a gtx 980 and certain operations in 16m, certain wz, even in fleet you will see it drop to 30fps or even less. I play other games like GTA, ESO, H1z1, Battlefront, ... , with 90+ fps and Swtor i do get certain times around 20fps in certain occasions as explained above. Honour currently has HM/HM highlighted scheduled raids 5 days per week (7pm BST Monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and sunday) and late night ops 2x per week (tuesday and thursday 21:45 BST). So just to put things in perspective this is what I run with Intel Core i5 4690K Haswell Refresh Processor 3.50 GHz (Overclocked to up to 4.3GHz) 1 Corsair Hydro Series H75 Liquid Cooler 1 Asus Z97I PLUS - Haswell CPU only 1 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400MHz DDR3 Memory (2 x 8GB sticks) 1 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 4GB Graphics Card 1 Corsair CX 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified PSU 1 Windows 8.1 64 bit 1 24" AOC E2460SH LED Monitor 1 And I do see it going many times in fleet, in ops, in wz to the 30 - 40 fps for seconds and then going up to 60fps. But a lot of fluctuation does exist. I think that it is safe to say that with this machine it should ALWAYS run smoothly at least at 60 fps .... It doesnt... It is the game we have .... Sorry I cant help you with what you can do with ur system but this is just so you can have some sort of perspective of what u can achieve...

As a small community, Honour focused on the aspects of in game PVE and crafting. As Honour grew, so did its desire to enter the Galactic civil War and begin its adventure into world pvp. Joining Imperial alliances, the server of Chimaera soon became very Imperial dominated. Honour began to establish its council tier system and Army command struture. The top army job, Honour Captain was born, from this came the current Army command structure, still used 10 years since the creation of the Captain role. The Captain and the Honour Knights controlled the Honour army on the battlefield in world pvp and still do now. Promoting discipline and structure, aims, goals and direction as well as pushing communication via the guilds teamspeak server, the Guild colours on the battlefield of Blue and white and helping invest and train in Honourians willing to join the Army, during the Captains Army roll calls. Honour eventually changed faction in Starwars galaxies to become a rebel aligned guild (in order to promote a server balance in the GCW) and spent the following 6 months being hunted, attacked and constantly attacked by the large dominating imperial alliance to concrete their server dominance. I remember a time when I played Swtor on maximum with my alienware mx14 r2 with geforce gt650... I dont know what it is.. lag.. the engine.. the server ... the only think I know is that after 3.0 to do my raids or pvp I have to be on all MINIMUM (to be on the safe side.. game still runs in maximum medium but it can turn into a slide show out of the blue)... We hope for better days ....

So yes u got me for the 5m I was writing, explaining it is a new patch.. everyone is just doing their thing levelling..they even introduced solo flashpoints so lesser ppl at this point will be doing endgame flashpoints.. there is no ranked season now, so ranked has to be low.. as the harbinger is a pve server.... blablabla you got me man for 5m gratz

Yes it is perfectly possible to go to makeb at level 47. You will receive the quest at that level. And makeb now is nerfed and with the bolster you dont even need to gear up. Just use the gear that you have. The thing is that you will be missing the final part of your storyline. So if you just want to level as quickly as possible, yes I DO recommend at level 47 going straight to makeb, otherwise just follow your class storyline if you want to fully enjoy the story.

I think that if Bioware gave you the possibility of buying fresh level 55s and gave you a youtube video of all the story in a row like a movie .. you would still find ways to complain ....

What did you do to your Oricon quest gear?! That is a full 156 and that is ok to start pvp. It should give you an expertise of around 1900-1950. I know where u are coming from, I mainly have been doing PVE, HM/NiM operations and whatsort ... and I am in a PvP server - ToFN. Pvp community can be harsh .. but Pve also is ... dont think there is a big difference... Just to say that I started with my Oricon gear doing Wz and now im in mix Obroan and Brutalizer with valor 50 .. so It is possible.. actually a lot of fun .. and ToFN have the most obnoxious players u would find .. u know those from small elitist pvp guilds... And I play one of the worst to do pvp in my opinion ... Sorc healer ... punching bag made out of paper hhehe To cut short .. ignore the idiots and progress .. have fun .. make friends.. nice friendly ppl (that are good players) do exist in pvp ..
