I can't seem to find where my skems are anymore to craft the MK kits, nor can my Synthweaver. What gives??? This new crafting is a big mess.

Quick question. I have left Jung Ma with a legacy 50 and made new characters on Harbinger. I want to transfer my cybertech. I think I understand that the legacy will transfer also if I transfer a toon. My question...will credits transfer also? It is so hard not having any credits to start a new character off with
