  1. So, I mainly subscribed because of the light vs. dark event (plus the 5 year bonus pack was a bonus as well). I have created a new character and gotten to level 25, but then I stopped and asked myself, "Are these rewards really worth the time it takes to earn them?" I mean, level 25, sure, that's not hard, but to get the new companion character (which is what I really wanted) means I have to reach level 65 with a republic character, an imperial character and complete round 5 of the Eternal Championship?! (Whatever that is..) Plus, I'm really wanting that 50% armor xp bonus, but there is no way I have that much time on my hands, nor do I feel like reaching level 50 with all 8 classes, etc, etc.

I don't know, maybe it's just me. Does anyone else think some of the rewards just don't seem worth your time?

  2. Now i understand that at the beginning of the eternal empire expansion it gives you a warning and such but i put some good gear on jaesa and since i cant find her does that mean that my gear is gone forever?

It should either be on her, in your inventory, or you in cargo hold I believe.

  3. Hey there

So I was slicing on Yavin and sending some slicing missions at the same time. Also I have an army of toons I set on a slicing mission when I leave them.

The grade 9 lockbox missions cost 2700 and bring in about 2800 to 3500 for 12-13 minutes in my experience (just started paying attention though). That's a 100-800 net credit gain, ie about 10-60 credits per minute.

Whereas a level 1 mission takes 3 minutes, costs 325, and yields 700-800 or more. 400-500 net credit gain. 130-150 per minute. Three times to ten times as much per minute.

    Thoughts?

I think you have to factor in which companions you use and what your influence level with them is (greater influence, cheaper the missions, and the greater the reward possibilities). Since missions rotate, I don't really keep track of the NAME/TITLE, but I kind of would do a mixture of both high level and low level missions at the same time (I don't know why).

If you are looking to make money, I would just slice, and put that stuff on the GTN

  4. Just wondering why you guys choose to subscribe. I will be honest, I have barely taken advantage of such bonus' like playing operations, and unlimited warzones. (high-level missions?! don't know what those are). I seem to honestly stick to the great storyline and just earn as many credits as i can and use that to my advantage on the GTN.

    Why did you subscribe?

  5. So, since my subscription is about to run out, I wanted to ask this question before it does. So, why did you subscribe/re-subscribe?

I re-subbed because of the sweet Amazon SWTOR bundle that saved me like $50. And, I really wanted to play the Revan DLC, plus the 12 XP thing is awesome! I can honestly say, I really don't think I have ever subbed for PVP, even though that seems to be at least half the benefit of subscribing.

    So, why did you subscribe?

  6. Okay, so I just finished the "ending" to the shadow of Revan/ rise of the emperor. But why do I feel like I am missing something? Last thing that happens is I talk to Lana on the Imperial Fleet, then the quest guides me back to Ziost. I travel to an area, and accept mission rewards, and then no more missions from the mission tracker. Is that really how it ends?!
  7. Dear new people. I have been playing this game for quite awhile and just want to say something really quickly. This game, contrary to what some people may say, is not entirely "pay to win". I myself reached level 45 as a free player with having no problems myself. The credit cap is a issue if you plan on getting things on the gtn, but all-in-all, if you come to love the game, you just might want to put some money into it.

    Just some food for thought.

  8. So, I have had the chance to play all four imperial classes. From what I can tell (and maybe this is just me), I see a comparison between two of the classes. I noticed that the Bounty Hunter class and the Sith Warrior class both take awhile for their Rage, or Heat to charge up quickly. Compared to Sith Inquisitor and Imperial Agent where they can for the most part spam the abilities (especially inquisitor), without having to use an ability that would "recharge" or immediately increase their Force power or energy.

    Does that make sense?

  9. Hello, I am not sure whether or not if I have done one of these before, so might as well do one, just in case. Not too new to SWTOR, just new to the forums here. Loving this 12 XP story boost thing, oh my gosh. Anyways, the name is Featherstone. Most of my characters that I play the most are on Jung Ma. Just maxed leveled out my imp agent. Love that story line.

    Thanks for reading.

  10. Hello BIOWARE (and others). I have a few questions that I am hoping you wouldn't mind answering:

    1) How many human players can be on one server? (MAX amount?) If you don't have an exact number. Can you pull up, lets say, yesterdays activity at 10:00 EST?

    2) Is there a way to check player stats? I would assume not since there is so much stuff in the game.

What I mean is can you see the total number of enemies you have ever killed to date?

    3) How many staff members do you have? (I guess for staff that worked on SWTOR?)

    4) What kind of server do you run the game servers off of?

    5) How many DLC's do you guys plan to ever create?

    6) Are you guys going to be involved in making the next (rumor) star wars game that is going to be open world?

    Thank you for reading.

  11. Okay, so I'm level 45 and decided that I wanted to do the Foundry Flashpoint with just me and my companion. So I go to the location and start the flashpoint. Instead of going through the cut-scene I press "SPACE BAR" since I had done that mission a lot. Well, right before the entire opening cut scene is done (where you are talking to the helmsman). my game crashes and says SWTOR has stopped responding. Anyone else had this happen before?
