Just wondering if there is an update on when It will be fixed for us?

Yea a few from our guild got theres if they logged in before reset. its only the people who logged in after they came back up that didn't get it.

Gonna have to remember to login before server reset and get it next time to prevent this from happening.

After last weeks conquest win on JC our Pub side guild is logging in to find that Conquest reward was not given this morning. One of our members said it was rewarded to him prior to servers going down but no one logging in since reset is getting it. The guild is Sanctuary FM

We already got compensated we got a new operation this year that makes up for all the down time.

For the past half hour I have been stuck unable to log in to server gotten as low as 12 in the que only to jump up to 30 a few times.

Your on a nightmare team then I am assuming because if your not then your statement isn't truthful. I have opened closing in on 900 command crates with a 4 percent 248 drop rate and only about 20 percent of that usable, not counting repeat drops, 12 mending relics and 8 boundless ages relics with on focused ret or serph assault, to gear up that many toons requires alot more time commited to grinding the pvp comps. If your gonna troll dont do it in a way that other players just aren't putting in the effort.

That is a good way to go but running nightmare ops is a joke. Unless you already in a Nim team there is no point in doing anything other than HM ops and pvp to get the 248 golds. All Nim bosses drop 246 purple except last boss. To the original topic of the crates and the trash they drop, it is sad that the decision they made was to keep this crap system going and at least help the drop rate or prevent the same item from dropping many times over. I have opened 600 plus tier 4 crates since 5.2 hit, alot of saved up cxp packs were used to do this, and so far i have 3 tier 4 golds i can use and 5 tier 4 mending relics that are so useless its not even funny. I have given up on the crates beyond the 1.33% drop rate to have more than 50% of those drops unusable is a joke. just do SM and HM then pvp or do what alot of the player base did a find a different game.

Short of a complete change of what they focus on your in for a future of the same style of service sadly to say. I have had a few interactions with the service team I felt were underwhelming but the Bugs that have been going are what kills the game for me. Any bug with the cartel market and servers are shut down ASAP but take an issue like the current Galv cleanse utility not working Imp side since 5.2 launch and still no fix. That issue directly has a negative impact on players and how they play, maybe someone will actually see some of these post and decide to actually improve them game by fixing these problems.

Imagine a SWTOR world where they cared about bugs like that and The galv cleanse not working since 5.2 as much as they cared about the cartel market.

thanks for trying to find the info as I did read your previous post in the thread i made. The was a pref format the was posted in the thread earlier today, it just kinda bothers me that it was made in a reply to someone else who posted and I have not gotten a response back from anyone.

That's honestly all I really needed to know of if they wanted it emailed to them as per the forum I looked at. I really don't understand why I can't get a simple answer "here is the best way to get it to us". I'm sure they get tons of reports and PM but it just feels like they don't really care if they get it or not if I have to post on here and still don't get a response other that what felt like a half glanced over look at it.

First I in no way want a response to the allegation of exploiting or cheating. Second I have read that you send all the evidence over to be looked at. Third and most important I still have not gotten the answer to my question what is the best way to send you the video clip showing the player doing activity outside what I see as normal. As i thought the replies turned into o its not cheating or we cant reply to those messages, which is fine, but not one of the replies has given me an answer to the original question of what is the format you want the video clip in and why is it no one will reply with that information. I'm getting the feeling that the guy who replied under Eric's post is correct and no one actually read what it was I was asking for.
