Really spot on. I can't believe there are some ppl defending the situation after 5.0. I personally have played seriously two other MMOS for years before i came here about 3 years ago...if even any one of them offered such pathetic(lack of) content as 5.1-5.5 Ii would have been long gone. The only thing that keeps me and my sub is that i am a star wars fan die hard...but if any good expansion doesnt come with 6.0, there is no reason to stick around and pay those 6 months sub. Having to do the same tings over and over again or small bits of new things like 1 FP or 2/3 OPS bosses for a year is really disheartening.

Spot on! I have a 6 month reccuring sub for 2 years and a half already and i will let it end when my current sub time ends. There is really nothing to log in for..not content, not story no nothing. Some FPS and some OPS bosses for a whole year is a joke....a total joke. What am I suipposed to do all year - grind those???? Bring back KOTFE style or Paid Expansions like SOR....what we have now is nothing...it cant attract new players and certainly cant keep old ones....the horrific decline of ppl in after KOTET proves it.

This is really pathetic. They explicitly stated that each character rank 300 counts for it. I personally prefer playing The Knight/Warrior and Consular/Sage classes and subclasses and I get punished for that....why? Why must I be forced into playing classes I barely tolerated for the legendary status achievement... Also why does the buff not count toward rank 300 and up? As if the droprate isn't enough of a turn off to grind those levels....little bit of buff wouldn't hurt.

Aowin is spot on. Kudos for the post. This one guy that cries for the devs to foucs only on puny bit of group content and urges the others that don't like it to leave, may soon find himself with very few ppl to play that group content. MMO's in the sense they were in the previous decade are gone. Studios who failed to realise this...well many examples out there.

I loled...looking at the road map the only content that is notable for early 2018 is ONE FP...just no....not a lot...not anything different from this year. Companions....as many as returned this year??? I dont care for some new ops bosses...this is worthless and gets boring after you did it a few times on all modes. This too is not content....not having an expansion down on sight is ridiculous and worrying...which are those alive big mmos that doesnt do an expac for a whole year and a half?? Because thats what is looking like here.

Kudos. As I said before for the first time in years I am beginning to wonder what I stay subsribed for...No expansion, no planetary arcs, no side quests, no meaningful roles for returning companions....2 crappy FPs with almost no story in them...its that bad. And seeing this roadmap 2018 is more of the same. Also such group content in the likes a of a few fps, barely half an ops and 1-2 maps is nothing if it is all we receive for an year...if it was 3-4 months fine, but an year - no. I enjoy group content...but the one we received for a whole this year i can grind a week or two before i get bored from it....what do people suggest we do for the remaining weeks of the year...

Its true...but I am counting it from the beginning of this year. Also its not hard to guess this kind of content is going to be the only thing we receive. I hope I am wrong but a new expansion seems out of the question. What I am supposed to stay subbed to from now on...waiting for a FP every 4-5 months/twice a year, a new pvp map and a OPS or some parts of it.

Yes its very little....and I don't see there is a reason to be happy about it. As I said I am also a pvper, but if I was only that I would have left because of what they did with pvp in 5.0...I don't think I can feel good and say this is a good patch when it gives almost nothing and what have we gotten the rest of this year? - small bits of content here and there...If I was some new player or non-sw fan I would have left years ago...This is not remotely enough content to keep any of the non-hardcore fans... All I am saying is putting aside being a story player, I dont get anything that can keep me playing for a whole year also as pvper and pver. Mothly Chapers were more content than this lol...This focus on group content this year has brought very little.

1 FP with 5 mins of story is nothing....dont make it like its something big. Thats a whole year without any kind of story....So whats better than that...doing 1 OPS everyday for a whole year....yeah that'll work well. Or those uprisings...i couldn't bear make them more than 2,3 times each. How about we compare numbers right now to what they were when they gave us monthly chapters? I think we know the answer to this.............Creating an ALT and do the story over again...LOL and for what...for never being able to use that char for endgame because of GC....And I am saying that considering I love PVP and GSF...but wait...my classes, mainly the DPS Assasins got nerfed to oblivion, my favourite Anni Mara, which i have spend close to year and a half on got **** on without need. GSF is fun when you are a good, but for 2 years I have seen mainly the same faces, the same games, the same ships... New FPS....just lol, do you think ppl want to do that for a whole year...and I even prefer FPs, I like them... but making us to grind one FP as a means to having what to do and for gear and repeatable content is just no-no. I am all for group content but half an ops, 2 FPS, some Uprisings and 1 new pvp map for a whole year?????????...............I think I'll take those monthly chapters now...there were better at keeping me busy than doing all this "new content".

Laughable some of the posts here...lets see if all story/solo players leave, what will happen to the few left narrowthinkers...I personally do all content multiple times for years already, but a whole year without good quality story, because 5 min is not a story is pathethic considering some MMOS deliver it monthly. Yeah...I am not going to do a 1 new OPS for a whole year like a retard or 1 new pvp/gsfl map or 1 new uprising or 1 new flashpoint and be satisfied with the game or have any incentive to stay. I have done all the OPS so many times that I dread doing them anymore so new story is refreshing. I have done so many matches on PVP and GSF...but its grows boring, you cant do that all the time. But I guess we can all go back and play KOTOR and see how it goes.

No real story content is a no-go for me...i dont count 5-10 mins of actual storyline in a flashpoint "a story". No sings for a new expansion, no companions..(Raina Temple...are you f***n kidding me). All other things are irrelevant to me...new map for GSF and PVP will get boring quickly so thats not really a new content. I've been a non-stop sub for almost 3 years now...no incentive for me to keep it up.

Lack of quality story for almost a full year is appalling...really discouraging. And to think some plebs were complaining about monthly chapters of KOTFE...well now its worse...far worse.

There better be an expansion this year...I hate to see story being completely pushed back in favour of some ops and what not group content. My sub has been going 2 years and its mainly for story. A whole Year without story sounds bad enough... During KOTFE there were always 2,3 instances on the fleet each day, now its barely one on rep side and sometimes 2 on imp side....good job with that focusing on group content...

" .....so much this. Iokath was still the same...what 1 meaningful short dialogue with the companions and thats it?? Nooo! Relationship and interactions with companion must come back as they were in vanilla. Why...we even got Arcann(choice dependant) and there is almost no interactions with him...he and the outlander could say so much to each other. Other than this i somewhat enjoyed KOTFE and KOTET, and i wish there were story more often. As of now half an year and barely no story, with probably half more to wait. Group content is fine but once its been done tens or hundreds of time it grows boring.

Pretty spot on. I play the game over year and a half now and my forum visits have become rarer by the day all because of such doomsayers and negativity trolls attacking everyone and downplaying everything. Its laughable those trolls spend their day on the forums bashing the game instead of just moving on or actually playing and having a real clue what they're talking about. Anyway congrats to Keith, fingers crossed he manages to deal with all issues - game and forum-like. I too am hopeful with him at the helm of SWTOR many things will improve.

Good question...if you are leaving, just get lost and don't make hundred posts about it. Constructive ideas and criticism are welcome, but people who are saying they are leaving/unsubbing in every post are laughable!

How do I find you on TRE, are you Reps or Imps ...Playing for over an year now (sub), just now getting into ops, but not really a new player.

Exactly my point.With everything now RNG, such restriction is wasteful and and hurting some of the more unlucky grinders of GCC...

So lets say i get 2 times gloves, legs, helmet., etc..If i rip the armouring from 2 gloves and put it on 1 hand and 1 boots do i get the set effect for 2 parts, or this does not work this way...(assuming ripping out only the armouring is enough for the set effect as it was with the old pvp sets). If that is not the case, BW you may want to consider allowing that, because some unlucky people may get all but one of the set parts and never getting the last needed part to complete the set bonus effect.

Same problem here....its annoying having to open task manager every time and force stop the game....fix please!

On one of my character i can not start KOTFE expansion, though i have completed it before on other characters...there is no purple mission in my mission log, there is no purple icon on my ship and when i click the terminal on my ship it says i am not eligible for this conversation...I mean what the hell???? How can I start KOTFE with my character... char - Easternsun, Red Eclipse.
