I'm more confused about the System Alert in the launcher stating, "We expect the services to be available again tonight at 11PM CST (9PM PST/(12/20) 12AM EST/(12/20) 5AM GMT/(12/20) 6AM CET)." Since "tonight" would be 12/19...right? Or am I missing something? -

Here is what worked for me. In your folder where the game is installed, go to swtor/retailclient/ and open the client_defaults.ini folder. Change to windowed mode, once you can access the graphics settings in game, change the Refresh rate to 70 or the right setting for your monitor.
