  1. From what i know, if the item in question has a message at the bottom of it saying something about your cartel collection, then that item will go into the collection and then you will be able to go into your collection on a different character and unlock that item for a requested amount of cartel coins.
  2. Also from the screen shot you had, once you got to that screen underneath that there was a link saying show my payment history, and it would of shown you in there.
  3. Like the guys above said, just give a bit of time as it may of not gone through straight away, I believe that if your already playing the game and then you sub, you will not see the effect until you do a restart of the game. If you then still have issue contact customer support.
  4. Have you tried running a fix on the game installation? or a fresh install of the game? sounds like something might be corrupted. When the game crashes is it a lock up or do you get like a your screen go to one solid colour and then back to normal and then crash?
