  1. Been a while since I posted anything on the forums, pretty sure my opinion means squat, but I have a few ideas for strongholds to make them more useful then they actually are. We need mission terminals for strongholds, GSF, PVP, ops, Priority etc etc. MOst guild strongholds and ships are laying in wait, save for the few times a week we move ships for conquest, a great mechanic, but still slightly useful for the planet buff. I have an idea if it is doable. First: I run a gsf guild, have all the pub ships unlocked for it, and use the coruscant base. I use the garage as a hangar, but instead of a guild ship for a stronghold 50mil is hard to raise in a low pop guild like mine, a 20 mil space station or small satellite port with about 300 hooks would be awesome. That way a Space guild can be at least in space. But the main thing I think would be the most benefit, Mission Terminals ala SWG, is this doable? I would love to craft or purchase terminals for my guildhall to avoid having to go to the Fleet or planet side every time I want get my GSF dailies/weeklies. Second: There is Dromund Kass, Coruscant, Tattooine, Yavin, and Nar shadaa. Why not give the guilds who have strongholds on those worlds the Guild Ship bonus? Then it would make for interesting choices, which planet base to choose? Since only 1 base and 1 ship can be active at a time. Third: Smaller guild ships, why not make some frigates or transport style guild ships so players can enjoy a guild ship other then the 2 destroyer class ships on imp and pub side. Even the jedi consular ship held a room large enough for the Rift missions and all the parties to sit. Just a few suggestions for us who play the game, hate if you want, like if you want. I just hope the right people see this post for the mission terminals. Be nice to drop 150 cc to get a pvp terminal for the guild hall.

Siepher screams over the comm, "All gunships fire up slug rails! Hit those turrets! Take em out!!" The gunships all come to a stop, and particles gather at the tips of the cannons, and then a blast is let loose, "Sir all 3 turrets down.", Leonio says. Siepher orders, "All fire up feed back shields, hit that satellite hard!" Does this interest you, if so Nova Squadron is for you. We are an RP-GSF guild in it's rebuilding phase. We recently acquired our guild bank and Stronghold on Coruscant. I am Siepher Lune, maybe you heard of me, but I hope not, as a gunship pilot, I'd rather be not seen :sick:. However I recently joined Nova Squadron as an officer to help rebuild one of the best GSF guilds on the server. I am currently looking for roleplayers or GSF pilots of all skill levels to help join us. New to rp, no problem, new to GSF I know first hand how hard it is to get good in GSF with people who have been doing it since launch almost 2 years ago. Having a ship with no mods against pilots who have maxed out everything, but don't worry about that win or loose you'll still get requisition to build your ships, and practice makes perfect. I'm not saying I'm the best pilot out there, but I know a trick or 2. We are looking for people to help lead our wings, as well as pilots who just wish to fly and or role play. Each type of ship Bombers, Strikes, Scouts, Gunners, will have a division commander, so we can be one of the best if not the best star fighter guild on the Ebon Hawk server. So space is wide open, and the pvp is bar none in GSF, it's really is more about skill then gear, however gear helps a lot, it isn't mandatory, I have personally had some of my best matches in un-modded ships.   4. We are currently in a rebuilding process in Immersion RP guild, The Watcher's Covenant. We are an alternate force tradition with military assets akin to the Jensaarai of the classic era. If you are looking for an immersion rp guild, we would like to extend an invitation to you to join us. We have a fully operation base on Coruscant, and use my Tattooine stronghold as a sort of guild city as well. Those who join the guild are given a key to the Watcher's City currently under reconstruction, and both the guild city and guild hall boast full utility capabilities. Meaning, gtn, appearance mod, all cargo bay access, jawa venders decoration venders, a full cantina with juke boxes among other things.   5. I believe it goes on the centerpiece hook on the balconys of Coruscant or Dromund Kas, you need the balcony unlocked first then you can place the ship.

  7. I would love to see a wheeled style mount added to the game or a 4 legged multi player walker. Also a new instance where players have to take a POB ship and attack an imp/pub ship with each crew member having a job, pilot, engineer, gunners, etc etc. This is what made space is SWG so fun. Taking out a corvette in a party on board ship (POB), star destroyers, corvettes, etc etc. Not every vehicle in star wars is a repulsor craft. There is wheeled mounts, prime example the droid tanks in Ep 1.

  10. I dispise ashoka, I would rather see Kel-dor as a playable race first. Seeing that voice modulation is attached to certain helmets, they can speak basic in a modulated voice. A lesser known race that would be pretty cool is the Feeorin from lok, those who know, this was the race Nym was part of. That would be killer. If I hear her say skyguy or artooy one more time, I may go darkside just to hunt her. lol

  12. Sup my name is Siepher on the Jung Ma server. I feel a major lack of rp there even though its an rp-pvp server, I am thinking of moving to the ebon hawk server. My main focus is consular I have a sage(dps) and a shadow (tank). I don't want to spend the money to move to the sever, but does anyone know if I will retain my legacy bonuses if I move? Also I am a hard core roleplayer anti-hero type. Not evil, but more of a darker qui-gon style rp. So let me know if anyone can about this info for me.
  13. Greetings fellow pubs, this is Siepher one of 5 leaders of The New Order on Jung Ma. Recently we have opened our doors to start actively recruiting. We are and rp-pve guild with some pvp influence as well. Currently we have 80+ members, 3 banks, the max10% xp bonus and 9.2% rep bonus. We also have teamspeak. The current leaders are. The central concept of the guild is to recruit those who wish to stay in character most of the time and participate in stories with the guild and add stories of your own to the guild's lore.   17. The balance of the force is in trouble, the darkside holds more sway then the light at the current time. Balance needs to be restored, a lone force sensitive stepped out of the shadows to form an order to hold the ideals of the balance of the force, The Unifying force. His name is Tohni Starsider, he has come to join the battle against the darkness. His order called The Nightingales has been forged in battle, and looks to establish a refuge for those who have fought the dark and lost. The Nightingales are an order of allies those with the force and without looking to maintain the balance. OOC Formed by a former Legend Gaming member, The Nightingales is a rp-pvp guild focusing on a sandbox style themed story. Sandbox meaning our characters are the basis of our guild's story. The guild is on the lightside of the force, meaning Republic. We also have a darkside guild called Blood of Destiny. The main focus is recruiting for the Nightingales.   18. Raidable guild bases, that's what I want. The magical teleportation beam that will make every hangar on every planet my personal hangar, that's some real force power right there. For player housing to work, make a planet specifically for that. Don't put it on quest worlds. Problem solved then the star wars "the sims" can make their home and all us fringers who live on our ships they don't get in the way of Darth Such and Such and his city castle on planet who the f cares. Guild bases are a must, especially if they tie it into pvp and it can be attacked 1x a month or something like guild battle keeps like in conan. I remember walking on all the planets of SWG and seeing ghost towns everywhere. Just make a planet specifically for Player cities, give the player a mission terminal to kill 30 whatevers for a quick xp fix. No reason to put it on the questable planets. SWTOR home makers can have their villages, and SWTOR questers can explore the worlds doing missions also. That'll work in my opinion
  19. Not neccassarily, problem with the classes is all classes are either a lightside or darkside version of the class. With smuggler and agent being similar but not true "mirrior" classes. But basically soldier is bountyhunter republic side, consular is inquisitor, and warrior is knight. Agent and smuggler are the only mirrior/not mirrior classes. So if you made a hutt hitman either a dual wield pistol gunslinger spec, or a single rifle sniper spec wouldnt off balance. would just mean its a pure dps class wheather its cc dps or sniper dps. And in the lore bounty hunter usually aids the empire, but shouldnt be forbidden from republic as with the trooper, after all the empire does have soldiers. But my main focus was more of a what if type forum with a non-jedi/sith force user since in this era there is matukai, jal shay, baran-do sages, they would plug in nicely to a third faction. ANd would the faction be able to ally with the empire or republic on pvp worlds if they are hutts, who will pay them the most is who they will aid. I merely said bounty hunter and smuggler as a "neutral" faction since they both go where the money is. As for what was mentioned before both the republic would still have a tank a healer and a dps class based off of spec, both sin/shadow are mid ranged tanks, both sage/sorc are dps healers, both gaurdian/juggernaut are tanks, both murader/sentinel are pure dps, agent is a dps healer empire side at range, trooper is dps healer republic side, based off spec off course. So it wouldnt throw off balance really it would actually make the fringe faction slightly weaker with no pure tank.

I see your meaning, but doesnt mean you can still go to the empire or republic. for example as a "fringe" faction you can choose to aid the empire or republic. as for what you say I see what you mean. instead of moving bh and smuggler and make a hutt enforcer to mirrior bounty hunter/ soldier, and hutt hitman to mirrior smuggler/agent. Change the skills slightly make hutt enforcer be a murader/powertech and duel wield vibroblades or a single blaster rifle for "tank spec" therefore creating a knight/warrior/bh hybrid Change the hitman to use either dual pistols or rifles based off of their spec. creating a smuggler/agent hybrid But this brings up a good point, what would the forth class in the "hutt" faction be? Maybe a crimelord class that is a group buff/heal class? i like that idea.

  22. I know I might be setting up for failure with this lol, but as much as I love the 8 core classes in the game and the 2 major factions. It would be intresting to see what imput people may have for this subject. If you could make a new class or faction what would you pick. This is my suggestions. Create a 3rd faction and divide it this way. Republic Classes: Trooper, Jedi Knight, Jedi Consular. Remove smuggler Imperial Classes: Sith Warrior, Sith Inquisitor, Imperial Agent, remove bounty hunter 3rd Faction Fringe: Bounty Hunter, Smuggler, Force Adept FORCE ADEPT AS A CLASS: Make it a duel spec type class. Using a staff or force pike for a cc spec. Use tera kasi for 1v1. Force powers: Take project from consular, whirlwind from inquisitor. Imbue force weapons with crush for dot, or repulse cc. Core powers would be cloud mind, beast talk aka charm creatures, Weak heal abilities, unless self heal. Power like aoe force push. Also its main ability is a force speed like haste ability that lowers they damage but increases their attack rate for 30 seconds for cc, or battle mind for 1v1. Powers are mid to short range akin to a shadow/sin. Armor Choices: Light or mid Weapon CHoices: Force Pike, Dragonstaff, Staff for cc spec, or gloves/ gaurd shotos for 1v1. STAR SHIP: A Mininistry Class Shuttle; that the ugnaut helps you fix on your core world. The quest for the ship will be to gather the parts you need on your "homeworld" which would take place on a new area of Corellia. Realizing you will not find your tormentor till you have a ship. Advanced CLasses based off weapons: Force Warrior for CC or Tera Kasi Master for 1v1. SKill Trees: Shared Tree: Force Mystery: enhance core class abilities. For Force Warrior: Staff Mastery: aoe/cc mid damage abilites, Force Armor: for off tank abilities. For Tera Kasi Master: Meditation for Main Tank abilities, Tera Kasi Mastery Pure Dps tree. For the Force Warrior give 360 cc abilities, knockbacks, 180/cone cc at low level and stances"toggles" Matukai for cc/offtank, and Zei Sha for cc low range, and Jal Shay for balanced stance akin to Soresu, Juyo etc etc For Tera Kasi: 1v1 main tank/dps stance "toggles" Tera Kasi Master dps stance, Wuuuruuush "a wookie martial arts for tank stance. And Echani would be the balanced stance. Sample Abilites based off Adv Class FORCE WARRIOR Sweeping Staff, a cone based attack on par with knockbacks of sin/shadow Vaulting kick: Use staff to kick opponent for a 4 sec stun Force Repulse: AOE knockback Force Strike: cone based front attack Battle Mind: brief damage buff Force Wave: 360 damage attack that slows opponents Mind Trick Beast: makes creature aid you for brief duration 1 target per time. TERA KASI MASTERY Flip Kick: Kick that adds sweep style effect to 1 target Flurry: 3 hit combo that roots target during the channel process Throat Punch: Causes a "choking" condition for 4 secs" Haymaker: when foe is "choking" high damage/threat ability 2 Hand Temple Strike: stuns target for 4 secs on par with other low level stuns such has dirty blow Force Uppercut: A punch similar to knight/warrior leaps FORCE ADEPT CORE Force Heal: a low level heal on par with benevolance Force Armor: A defense power like merc/sorcerer/sage sheilds Move Object: pick up and throw target back Force Respute: a self heal for a 20% heal FORCE ADEPT LEGACY ABILITY: Force Respute Companions: A duel wield pistol type(romancable) zabrak female(dps) An exiled jedi ala Jolee Bindo natulan male (romancable) (dps/healer) A ugnaut gadjet type male (healer) An old sith attack droid female personality (Tank) A kath hound/ tuk'ata similar to the warhound in Dragon Age (dps/tank) Basic Story: You are a mystic studing on Voss, which means Voss would be a playable race for this class, your mentor is killed by a mysterious force user who may be republic or sith. First few levels till 10 you hone your body to a weapon doing various class quests to teach you the class where you find kath hound. Your goal on the first planet is to tame the beast then you can join your faction quests/pick advanced class etc etc. All 3 chapters of your story will take you to force "scarred" places as you look for this enemy. You will learn the power to fix force scars that your foe uses to gain power etc etc. Similar to how the consular learns the shielding technique. Second chapter the beast lords of onderon decide to use beasts and attack the galaxy you will find out its a diversion by your enemy who is controling the beast lords to rise to prominence in the galalxy. You find and put an end to his plot. Last chapter you build the force to help you attack your tormentor of the story arc. You come to ends with the empire and republic at various points. Your decisions will make either the empire or republic aid you because it's in their best intrests. The final battle takes place on darth nihlus's ruined ship the ravager. Class Role: If force warrior a cc/offtank spec, if tera kasi spec dps/tank Playable Races: Voss, Human, Zabrak, Mirilan Voss Racial Ability: Words of Wisdom. The opposite of sith slapping his companion. You predict the companions future and whisper words of encouragement. ANyway this is just a direction I would take if the game was my work. This would also add rodian as a playable bounty hunter race, and bothan for smuggler. Rodian Racial Ability: Hunters Snipe, you zoom in on the target for a kill shot Bothan Ability: Spynet Call, you contact the bothan spynet to get intel on a target. As you can see I put alot of thought into this heh. I'd love to hear feedback, and developers if your listening!
  23. A simple companion for a bounty hunter, plain and simple and freakin rancor. done. new tank for mercs, or new dps for powertech. And in conversations you have the option to feed the person you are talking too to it. for a moderate darkside point cost that is. Muahahahahahahahahahahaha
