I managed to make it patch again, but now it's stuck at "spiel-Client 1"/"Game-Client 1". It tells me that it's installing, but it's allways stuck at 0%

Yeah that's exactly what was happening. Idc but I'd suggest to not reinstall the Game yet. Maybe they'll fix it.

Hey guys, since yesterday after the new update (4.3a was it?) my launcher does not patch. I tried deleting the patch folder, running LauncherDiag, seting "bitraider_disable": true. Nothing helped so I did a clean reinstall of the game and not not even the minimum files load. What should I do? I'm a subscriber and when I call the support it tells me "unavailable number". Did I call at a wrong time? I don't know, but since yesterday I can't play and have a subscription running.
