Except I fixed one issue, and did so by trading off some of its armament. Even then, it still increased its price.
Side Note: It is also good to keep in mind that Hapan ships fire at 1/3 the speed.
Well the normal Battle Dragon is also too cheap imho. Its a heavy cruiser that costs as much as a frigatte. Also arent like 3-4 Battle Dragons able to beat an ISD?

Sil I have to say that the Crucibel seems a lot too cheap for its size and fire power, especially since it seems to have fixed many of Battle Dragon's serious construction flaws.

Well my faction is still a LONG way from being finished. I still have one more ship to complete before I can even start thinking about setting up my space and ground forces.

Nah, according to the Wookiee there were two Leviathans, one was felled by Kyp's lightning alone, the other, after recovering from being dumped in lava - seemingly unscathed, was killed after being eletrocuted by a power generator feeding an entire mining colony, which gives you the idea of what kind of power it takes to kill one.
And just to get an idea of the scale of these things:

Im not familiar with the comic that Kyp's Leviathan feat is from, but from what I understand Kyp killed the Leviathan after it was dumped in lava. If this is in deed the case, I would assume that the creature would already have been heavily damaged after the lava and that Kyp mostly finished it of.

To keep easier track of everything, restated the Perk system post bellow -
To spur this on a bit, I figured I would release some details about the 'perk' system which will be used similar to the trait/innate system, but with more opportunities for uniqueness than three sweeping factors.
To summarize, and for easy navigation:

Faction
For this level, you will have 2 perk points, however, they are less stat related than faction-behavioral related. For example, someone many use one like 'Fanatics' which would turn their population, soldiers, and units into religious zealots as well as affect effects other factions choices have on them. Or perhaps 'Hive of Scum and Villainy' which would provide interesting prospects for special units such as Bounty Hunters.
Navy
This one, comes with three perks, but also have 3 possible categories. You could focus on one, split them, try some hybrids, or one for each. Up to you. The three being Command, Crew, and Pilots. The options for this one really varies, and is really able to expand as far as you can think, what with all of the unique factions in Star Wars. For example, you could get a perk that increases standard pilot skill, or perhaps one that increases the crews repair abilities. Perhaps even one that adds tactics to the crew itself, so that they have less dependence on a commander.
Infantry
There are 2 categories, mechanical and organic, and you have 2 perks. As with Navy, you could put them wherever you wish. As for what they would do, these would play into their common abilities, skills, efficiency, and such.
Vehicular
Unlike the previous sections, while there are 5 categories, there is only two perks. The categories being artillery, skirmisher, assault, transport, and automated. The perks here, are aimed to increase the effectiveness, in some way, of the vehicular units that you use. Do note, large droids would fall under automated.
Force
Not even going to list the categories, since this one is basically free-range. You get 5 perks to use here however you wish. Special to this section however, is that you could forgo force user perks entirely and apply all or some of these perks to the other sections. Forgoing force user perks does not stop you from using force users.
Heroes
You will have 3 perks here. As far as limitations... Well... This is likely the most open section. Go nuts.
Tech
Three perks for Tech. While not all that elaborate, with how this game is setup and its focus on intensity, the research would take away large portions of the focus. While, yes, I know some of you really enjoy tinkering... The majority of such should be here with the perks. There simply is unlikely to be enough time to research and produce the major tech during a single game. Instead, you can decide to use these 3 perks to gain some of the juicy bits. Now, not every one likes tech, and like the force tree, you could opt to use these three points else where. You could also use these points for ancient tech that caught your eye.
No super weapons however.
Production
A measly one perk. Suffice to say, this perk has to do with your your production of troops in general. Whether it is Capital ships, star fighters, infantry, vehicles, or even specifications within those categories. This section is meant to show where your faction really shines in its ability to create their forces. Use it wisely.
Construction
One point as well. While the other perks are boosts or trade offs, this one is more akin to the faction perks. It doesn't grant fancy %'s or increased abilities. Instead, it will show what your faction excels in building. Whether it be space stations, satellites, factories, academies, schools, housing, or etc. This is where your faction shows its priorities for what it will focus towards.
Yes, I listed domestic structures. I am working on a detailed 'planetary' population system which will be affected by your actions, other factions actions, state of the galaxy, and how well or bad you are taking care of them. It is, however, also affected by the other perks which could alter how all of these variables affect them. Choose wisely.

Yah. The only thing I would still like to point out is that the Sacheen and Corona should both be more expensive than the Nebulon-B, as they bettter in almost every way and were meant to replace the Nebulon.
Also what is the Victory Battle ship? Is it a player-made ship? If yes, I havent seen its doc.

E-wing is super-cheap for how good it is. Honestly it is actually better than the Epsilon-class (only slightly) yet only half the price. Ofc I wouldn't mention it if it weren't for the fact that I *know* someone will bring up its cost later and either try to belittle the E-wing or get butthurt over slipping such a good ship through at such a low price.
However the K-wing has a *lot* of weaknesses and is in general a rather niche bomber. Its price is fine imo
The Aleph... idk honestly, would probably have to look into it more but I think you're right, it was one hell of a machine and should probably be very expensive.
The TIE Defender is fine as is. You honestly can't get more than a thousand before you start seeing diminishing returns (ie, the enemy will outnumber you by an insane amount) which means it fits perfectly in the category of elite fighter at its current cost.
I cant really find many weaknesses of the K-Wing. It does lack a hyperdrive, but it has strong defences, incredible fire power, a SLAM-drive like acceleration system and decent standard speed.

Mostly how the higher costs of fighters that you propose would go against a lot of what the balance I am aiming for.
Its mainly the balance between fighters that I am concerned with. The fighter Suggestions I made were balanced around the older, more expensive fighter balance and are thus higher in absolute terms, but in relative terms there are still fighters that are too cheap compared to others. Of the top of my head the TIE Defender, Aleph, E-wing and K-wing currently are too cheap compared to other fighters.
Also what about the new fighters I wanted to add and the different versions of fighters I suggested?

Also, going over V4 again, many changes that I think need to be made, but might as well toss a few out for discussion:
- Victory Class
Should it have both classes, or one, due to some inaccuracies? Should its price be lowered, due to it obviously not being close (weaponry wise) to those who are just a bit above it, such as the ISD, Keldabe, and such? With it going lower, it would drag a few others down as well...
- Fighters in general
Mostly, I am finding the number of fighters to be about where I want it to be, not outrageous but mostly still expensive than ground units will be. However, there are specific ones that need to be looked into more. Such as the high-quality ones that are not 100+. Should they be raised? Others lowered? Do tell.
- Battle Ship costs
Are they balanced to you, thus far? Should there be more increments? Do they all make sense? Should the SSD's be classed separately?

Kinda like how the Interdictor-class cruiser was said to have the firepower of a Victory but capabilities of an immobilizer. Or how a Mandator was said to be able to solo 1,000 Recusants.
Hype is everywhere.
Mostly though, I priced the Bothan according to its armament, size, defenses, compliment and such compared to other similar sized ships.
Side Note: I have been meaning to equalize the Acclamators, but... Where am I again?

Both armor and shields on the cruisers were 150 percent heavier than on the Victory-classEdit: the Bothan Assault is armed with the equivalnt of 68 turbolasers, as well as 10 ion canons. The Vic I has depending on configuration the equivalnt of 60 or 50 turbolasers, lacks the ion canons and is armed with again depending on configuration with 80 conc missile launchers or 20 assault conc missile launchers, while the Bothan has 20 proton torpedo launchers. While the number of conc missiles per launcher is not stated, the assault conc missile launchers contain 4 missiles per launcher to the Bothan's 16 missiles per launcher.

On the contrary, I used your suggestions to adjust and tighten up the star fighter price ratios amongst each other. However, the overall price increase on the star fighters, would of been utterly debilitating considering they are already limited at 300,000.
That, and this is meant to be more 'explosive' than Conquest, and if star fighters cost too much... Well... Can't remember the specific name of the term, but basically if they increase, as does everything else.

Way too cheap as it is now.

Not familiar with it, but seems very cheap.

Honestly is pretty much TIE Defender level.

I know we all like to bash it and it pretty much is the lowest quality star fighter, but it still is way too cheap for a craft that tends to stack up decently to clone fighters and is pretty versatile.
Scimitar and H-Wing seem a bit too expensive imho, but Im not too familiar with them, so I cant really make an accurate price suggestion.

Even when effected by gas and flashbang, Boba butchers Kaliyo. This is the same guy who floored Kota with one punch after killing a Starkiller clone, humiliated Jaina (its BS, but it still happened) and generally slaughtered a bunch of mercenaries of Kaliyo's caliber.
