Just wanted to update that we are still looking for consistent people. Though we have accomplished a lot, the struggles of 16M is having the last half of people actually show up. Hi, we have had to pug 2-3 spots this past week but our first week of 16M HM raiding has been a success. For those who are interested in a larger team for raiding we are currently trying to round out our roster with any range dps and a scoundrel healer. We raid Tuesdays & Thursdays with a raid start time of 7PM Server. We use GameVox to communicate and StarParse to measure performance. We plan to use DKP to distribute loot and have a website to keep track of all of that. For anyone who just want to a guild we offer 10% bonus exp. along with the usual stuff like a flagship and stronghold. We have cleared both EV & KP on HM in 4.0 and looking towards TFB next. Hi Esspee, So outside of progression nights, <Constant Mayhem> does GF operations a little after 7PM if I am on or one of our tanks is online. With those we just play for fun and go in with whoever is available in guild. Our GM knows all the encounters and teach you the encounters, what to expect, what to avoid etc. if hes part of the run. It definitely sounds you are a casual player. Our community mainly focuses on end game raiding, but handful of us PVP, I myself GSF. We have been playing with each other for over a year give or take so we are pretty tight knit. Right now we are a little over 10 members with multiple alts. Hi Maxx, So <Constant Mayhem> is a fairly new guild. We are for the most part a raiding guild that started kinda late but what we have accomplished together is 4/10 HM which isn't a whole lot but again we started late in the raiding scene. We are hoping to become a bigger raiding guild with emphasis on PvP as well. A few of us already PvP and enjoy forming teams together and entering the fray.
