What is the worst adv class / spec in the game for PvP and PvE and why?

i know what you mean but most of the time there is a hard to learn or a recently nerfed to hell class/spec and i want to know which one that is -
i want to know what the worst class/spec i could pick tp play PvP and PvE if the are seprate for PvE and PvP then plz tell me both
