So basicly now Heat Seeker is yet another useless skill that Bounty Hunters have?

Since the latest patch that was to fix Bounty Hunter heat seekers multiplying with other bounty hunters heat signatures, Heat Seeker also ignores our own tracer missile stacks. I've tested this extensively and talked to the other Bounty Hunter mercs in my guild and they are all experiencing the same thing. without considering my critical rating and just taking into account of the 5 heat signatures heat seeker should be doing around 5697 now I'm lucky if it tops 2k and most of the time my tracer does more damage than my heat seeker missiles.

I don't know if other servers have this problem,but if I want to do a flashpoint, I spend hours LFG. Tons of people on my server say the exact same thing. I think because it's so easy to solo your way to 50, people tend to do exactly that instead of bothering to interact with other players. There needs to be either something to encourage people to do flash points like class quest bosses in the flashpoints or something like that or cross server flashpoints. The way things are right now isn't working too well.
