I redeemed game codes from amazon for 2400 cartel coins and the starter pack for 2400 cartel coins along with a 90 day subscription. I have not received either of these purchases in my balance. It has been over 72 hours since I redeemed these codes. I have called customer service and been very patient. Please fix this.
