One suggestion would be to add some functionality to diagnostic scan. Maybe a toggle that switches between: 1. Diagnostic Scan doubles the tick rate of all HoTs on current target for the duration of the channel. 2. Diagnostic Scan increases the critical rating of the current target by X percent for the duration of the channel. 3. Diagnostic Scan increases the absorb rating of the current target by X percent for the duration of the cannel. Basically you can choose between healing throughput, offense, or defense.
