Oh okay, I haven't seen this post. But then again, my tokens were lost after deleting/creating new ones. I do not have the option to create new level 60's anymore. That is my main issue. That they were placed as level 1 on the fleet i could live with, atleast then I still had the tokens, but as I said, I don't anymore..

Sure doesn't look like they are trying if you gotta wait 2 weeks to get a response on a ticket. That's just ridiculous. REALLY bad is what that is. If they are not able to give a response faster than that they should either hire more people to do it. Or ATLEAST fix the bug fast as ****.

Serriously, I've posted two tickets and none of them has been answered, probably not even read by any employes. I've lost 4 level 60 tokens, they all turned up as level 1 on the Fleet. With no option to get the the expansion. So I deleted them all, but now all my options to create a level 60 character is gone and none of my tokens are in my inventory. This is just way too lazy. Get a grip, serriously... The response time is hillarious.
