/signed On a side note, I came back to SWTOR because of the horrible RNG system in The Division and now BAM! another ****ty RNG system. The Division eventually realised their player base was livid about the time vs rewards issue and they've changed their system. I only hope BW come to their senses.

I agree with this. I missed this but loved 55 in game but can't get him because I missed the window. As to those who are against it, why be so nasty/antagonistic to other players who just want cool things in a great game? Surely more people getting what they want in a game that is on the decline in numbers would be a good thing to keep people in game....? Why do some people think "Oh you didn't support the game then, so you don't deserve it now," when people just want to enjoy the game in all aspects? One person having what you had "earned" by paying for it doesn't eliminate the fact you were awesome to earn it - it helps keep the game going when people pay for stuff. There's a few times I've felt this game is stingy. Get people back, get people subbing, get people buying things like these chapters/extras, get people happy by inclusion not exclusion.

For the love of all that's holy, these are a massive disappointment/annoyance. When you're spending money to buy things, you want useful things to drop. Most people don't need these things nowadays. There are far too many dropping in crates. Example: I got my 15 crates from the DvL eternal level yesterday and at least a quarter/third of these had boosts in them (Yep, I know DvL packs come free but it's still disappointing). Receiving them in Cartel packs is worse. BW please please please take them out of the RNG equation. Can they not be made CC buy/mission reward only? Pretty please...?

Yeah I recognise the issues of time to code vs use etc but if you look at in game NPCs most of the gear and faces they wear are ones players can use when selecting race and features etc. so I'm not sure it's a huge stretch of coding given there are numerous types of Droids in game and which are really only skins anyway. The big issue I guess would be the story line side, it would need some work. On romance, if you're choosing droid as a character, romance seems an odd thing so maybe you would go in knowing there's no romance for you when you select it. All I see is it would give diversity to game play - especially for veteran players.

It's may have been suggested before, but I think being able to play droids and have a naming convention for said droid "race" (i.e be allowed to name your droid toon X#-X# without reducing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th letters to lower case values) would be a great idea. I know we have cybernetic armour gear to convert toons to droid-"looking" characters, but AFAIK there is only one chest piece that allows you to be full droid and have no body parts visible and there are very few helmets that portray droid-like necks. To have an array of droid designs and names would be a nice touch in TOR. If possible even a new class might work for new and old players alike.

Hi all, I am assuming they are electronically available globally but wanted to confirm with folks before I buy them from Amazon as the T&Cs say "card is valid only in US and Canada...." and don't want to waste my money if this is the case. Can anyone please confirm this? Thanks very much all.
