The repair is taking a long time, hopefully this is a good sign

Hi guys, I am a old player returning to the game after a long break, i rejoined because if i subbed i could get a free level 60!!! YES i thought this would be awesome, the problem is though i have been having a lot of issues with bugs, one in particular is part of the quest line Chapter V: From The Grave: Speak to Lana, ( Note i have killed the large battle droid and the guy that flies up into the sky and becomes invulnerable ) whenever i speak to her though the cut scene bugs, it pans to sky troopers landing onto the ground and continues onto a sky trooper aiming at Lana then doesn't continue at all, there is sound but the cut scene doesn't progress any further thus making it so i cannot continue my adventure, this is my main issue so far as i cannot do anything with this character at this point, i have reset the quest 10 times already to try and fix it and frankly at this point i am about to unsub again and uninstall. . Also i have a bug when duel wielding light sabers, there is no attack animations at all, please help. Thank you. Expardius.
