I stole my initiative 38s from my mara so now I'm able to ditch my an accuracy enhancement. Should it be replaced with alacrity or surge? Like you said there was little difference in parse with added alacrity. Currently sitting at 413 crit, 333 surge.

Thanks, this is a nice guide but I do have some concerns with it. One of the bigger concerns is that there's no opening rotation. There's also no mention of when to pop supercharged cells for max DPS. It also kind of bothers me that the two dot abilities are so spread apart in the rotation. I did however have an easier time maintaining energy with this rotation over the Dulfy general, however no opener and some lack of detail is making me wonder if I should just try to get Dulfy rotations down. Anybody have other thoughts?

I recently leveled an AS mando and I'm starting to wonder what I got myself into. Yes I realize the rotation is difficult but holy jeez, I wasn't expecting so much. Anybody have some tips for a slow learner to get the rotation down?

Also ability priorities please. Some of the Dulfy guides are just terrible if you're wanting to learn a new spec, e.g. the current 3.0 engy...no basic/ general rotation is provided. Having never used the spec it can be incredibly difficult to learn without knowing the basic rotation. Found one on Noxxic but I can't say I've ever trusted the site.

Seems for no reason whatsoever my mouse pointer started going goofy on me. The pointer simply doesn't want to change when mousing over stuff, e.g. vendors, enemies, harvestable items. And then when I do right click on something, the mouse pointer will disappear for a bit and I have to move the mouse around to get it back. I couldn't find any sure fire fix for this Googling, some people claimed switching from full screen windowed to full screen and back would fix it but it's not for me. Just experiencing so many graphical issues with the game since building a modern PC.

Yep I am using the most up to date drivers and furthermore these are the only drivers I've ever had since the PC is 2 weeks old today so that eliminates any driver conflict issues. I also reinstalled swtor as non streaming. I've tried a world of fixes already including the TDR Delay registry entry. Seems there's something Swtor doesn't like about my card. I read some people had problems with AA enabled, so I've disabled it for now to see if I can get another crash. It just sucks because it's hard to duplicate the crash because it usually only happens during Ops, once during a flashpoint. I don't get it, this game doesn't put nearly as much stress on the card as FC4 and Dragon Age at Ultra settings which I've had absolutely no problem with. I blame outdated game engine.

More specifically Evga GTX 980 SC? Built a brand new PC two weeks ago and occasionally getting 'nvlddkmk stopped responding and has successfully recovered' which results in swtor application hang and crash. Hoping somebody out there with a 980 can tell me if they're having similar issues and if not let me know what version drivers you're using. Interestingly enough this is only happening in Swtor.

Well I did find BiS gear for carnage mara on askmrrobot, and yes it is 3 acc/ 1 crit/ rest surge like you said. Problem is, I only have one DF piece at the moment and don't know when I'll be getting anymore anytime soon as my mara isn't in a progression group. I'm kinda stuck where I'm at right now... even though I have 180 ult comms there's nothing I can spend them on since the BiS stuff obviously only comes from HM OPs. Seriously just considering going to dot smash, guildies telling me it's the best dps for OPs. I love the burst of Carnage, but it's just too unreliable with moving targets and such.

Confused where to go from here, currently I have 101.5% accuracy and nearly 75% surge with 4/6 accuracy/surge pieces...read that you should go 5/5 however this will put me well over accuracy that I need. Anybody else have some suggestions here...it'd be nice to put some into crit but I don't believe +crit +power enhancements exist.

So a guildie was just saying that it's not your surge % that matters, it's your rating because % will vary from class to class and spec. Is this true? It was noted that you're flatting out the DR curve at about 470 surge rating, if this is true I'm getting pretty screwed on my mara seeing how I have 579 surge. I always thought you were hitting the DR cap at 75% surge, so thought I was fine with 74.56% but apparently not...

I wanted to give lethality a shot on my sniper instead of MM, holy jeez was I mindblown. Yes, I looked up the rotation...but how are you supposed to memorize new rotations at level 55 when you've always been using a completely different rotation in a completely different spec? When leveling up using a particular spec, you slowly build up your rotation so it gets to be clockwork at level 55. However switching to a brand new spec with brand new abilities, it's just too much at once. I can't figure out a good way to learn a new rotation...I'm always like uhhhhhhhh....what next. I even wrote it down on a note in front of me, this did not help. Guy in my guild made two snipers, and I never asked him why, but I bet it was to learn a new spec. Anybody have any suggestions? Thinkin about trying some other specs on different toons as well but need to figure out a way to go about learning the new rotations.

Well Dulfy said packs will be available for purchase today the 11th, however items in the packs are not even previewable in collections yet. Anybody know what's up?
