Blood Bath and Beyond is a very large and social guild on The Harbinger that partakes in a wide variety of activities, with members that participate in all aspects of the game. Depends on the week and how the demand is for slots in the guild, but that officer will always be invited back in and given rank back. They wouldn't take it personally and QQ otherwise they wouldn't be an officer. Next example pls.

The turnover rate doesn't hurt well established guilds, and the weekly requirement of CQ points varies guild to guild, but in my personal experience it has never been a problem and only affects those who aren't active for that particular week.

So pvp/operations/flashpoints/heroics did not already have progress bars? All of the achievements, ranked ratings, and world first claims weren't a form of a progress bar? Conquest is a means of rewarding organized dominant guilds for being organized and dominant. It's a measure of how active a guild is and how well connected the members within that guild are. Something that not a lot can build and maintain for long periods of time, and is not comparable to only logging in on set days of the week to down the same content that you've been downing for the past 3 years or so.
