So, I bought some cartel armor thinking that it would bind over my armor, but I found out it doesn't and I have to put mods over it to make it stronger since it's an empty shell or whatever. Which leads to the questions where do I find more and stronger mod parts for my cartel armor? The only ones I have are the first ones you get when you enter the fleet and it's not powerful nor it is enough for a full cartel armor set. I went to the commendation vendor that sells these kind of mods, but don't have enough commendation currency or something and I only could buy 1 which is not powerful at all or enough. So, I'm really confused where do I get the mod parts that are right for me and for my cartel armor? I'm really confused and stuck. Are the cartel armor that I bought useless to me?
