I cannot get my icons on my quickbar to display as "cooldown" every time i activate an ability it shows up as "ready to use" which is very much not the case. Aspects of the game areas too are permanently glitched like elevators not moving. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted game over 4 times and it will not fix. Does anyone know what's going on?
