I've have the same thing. I was starting to wonder if it wasn't a bug instead of on purpose. Maybe they had already changed Kia for the 7.0 Update and when they postponed 7.0, they didn't bother switching him back, they just turned him off? edit: I found the answer, I guess I should have looked harder before now . Its what I thought, the delay in 7.0 happened and they didn't have any more weeks of his gear setup. Same here. Agent can't complete Chapter X. I can replay that last scene over and over by clicking on Lana but never finishes.

We Pay 15 in the US. I only wish the roles were reversed. 8.99 sounds like a great deal, even with the exchange rate.
