Dear Bioware, I doubt that my message will be read by any person who has the decision power, however i'm not sure if you are aware about it, but the content you've given in packs those last few month is, to my mind, really bad. Regardless the mounts, decorations and lightsabers which I agree, are good. You negliged to most important part which are the armors. People not only want to play to achieve things or to kill other players, they want to customize their character, give him personnality, a real style. On that matter you can trust me, putting more time to offer good content and catchy armors (like karness muur or temple guardian...) is not just about giving players the opportunity to dress their characters like they want him to inspire something, it is also Marketing. It's better, sales are greater... If someone who matters at Bioware reads my mail, you might realize that you forgot an important aspect of the player psychology, if you haven't, than the packs you offer don't reflect that. I like to read star wars stories, and what you did with the Lucien Draay armor set, to my opinion, destroyed bioware's image to a lot of players, showing that you care more about selling the packs and the idea of a famous character armor, than selling real ****** armor set. You might find on google very nice artwork inspiration that aren't specially related to star wars, but could really look like something on Swtor. To bring more players on Swtor. PS : Offering credits amounts (for example "cube of 1M credits" or whatever) in packs, could reduce the number of people buying their credits on the Internet, just an idea...
