  1. I've played many MMOs and I can't say I've played many with full voice acting, an interesting story, and 8 different stories. I'm pretty flexible as well, I don't mind playing multiple MMOs (currently playing XAOC online, Black Desert, Vindictus, Asta, Runescape, etc..) and there's no point in comparing them because they're all unique in their own ways. This thread seems a bit silly...
  2. A quick scan through previous pages, and I see it's been explained a couple of times already.
  3. It's probably been said dozens of times by now, but... Thana Vesh. Haven't played that class story in years, but that's the one character I can never forget and always wanted as a companion.
  4. It's too bad this post is somewhat ignored. Well, I hope the guys claiming "false positive" don't have bitcoin.
  5. I'm talking about them making pricing ridiculously high to compensate for the loss of loot boxes, if that were to happen. I'm referring to players calling out EA on their greedy practices, as they should. We're already subscribing every month, so perhaps we deserve a big discount on new cosmetics. As for "the game needs money to survive", it doesn't need $40-$60 costumes or weapons to survive. I'm a paying player,. I should have cheaper access to content, especially new content considering I already pay monthly. I simply don't condone anti-consumer practices.
  6. If that were true, then it's up to the players to raise awareness of the situation via social media and ask for pricing to be more generous (for subscribers). We have a voice, if we use it.
  7. F2P in Swtor is basically a very generous demo, but you're still kind of right.
  8. Gotta tackle one thing at a time. The controversy surrounds loot boxes and predatory practices in video games, not Yu-Gi-Oh. That's for another time.
  9. Trading cards can be bought and sold for real cash currency because they are real physical items that can be collected. Same as Panini stickers. Kinder eggs are banned in many areas. You don't actually own anything that you buy in SWTOR. There's a massive difference.
  10. Just curious. What exactly are you trying to buy? If I want something, I'm usually able to get it. And I'm poor most of the time.
  11. Maybe for the continuation of the story it should be easier, I agree. However, for the story mode (with a companion of your choice) if it were any easier than it already is it'd just be an unreasonable credit farm. Also, I'm running 230 gear with a 32 influence comp, and the most each run takes me is just over an hour. Considering you really only need to do it once for the story, this is a very reasonable trade off. I've already made around 7mil credits in about 5 runs and still have decorations for sale in the GTN.
  12. I don't mind it. It should maintain a certain amount of difficulty and/or tedium to justify the value of the decoration and armor drops.
  13. After completing the FP once with Temple as comp, it allows you to use any comp you want for your next runs in solo mode.
  14. I honestly don't get the hate for this FP. All I know is that I earned 3mil credits in an hour from doing it. Would've been 6 if I hadn't used decorations for myself during the first run.
