Hey, I'm wondering about something, being new too the game and all. When I buy a 69 modded Black Market item from the vendor, I've come to understand the armoring or hilt can't be placed on a item that isn't (Black Market). Liking the way my armor looks right now, and not wanting to actually wear the Black Market chest, is there anyway you can make the armoring compatible with any Orange or Purple moddable gear? Or I am stuck with buying from the GTN? Thanks in advance.

Should I go for the Combat or Watchman Spec? I'm mainly interested in doing FP's and Op's to gear up right now.

Thank you for all your suggestions so far, I've heard the Imperial Agent is the best one on numerous accounts. I was thinking of doing a Trooper or Smuggler character before I thought that doing what is opposite to my current one (Sith Warrior like a previous poster said) would be better.
