Played 9 hours yesterday, didn't experience a single crash or a single instance of lag. The Servers had no queue times at all, unlike the Beta. So far, very impressed with this launch. What surprised me is how much more polished the Final Build is compared to the Beta after only a few weeks of development. Needless to say, the game is the greatest piece of entertainment I've ever experienced - arguably better than the original movie trilogy.
While I'm on the subject, let me explain to you why early pre-orders get early access: early pre-orders showed Bioware that they are loyal fans of the company by putting their money down early, in many instances before they even got into the Beta. Bioware simply rewarded them for the faith they put in their company. Besides, if you preorder late you still get everything that Bioware has advertised - you get to play on the launch date, December 20th.
TL;DR Launch is incredibly smooth and polished. If you are whining now, let me turn around and ask you - why did you not pre-order the game earlier if you want to play it soooooooo badly, huh? If you doubted Bioware's ability to deliver an amazing game, then Bioware found "your lack of faith disturbing" and appropriately didn't reward you.
EDIT: I should note that I'm playing on a server with "medium" load.
