  1. Over 2 years later and still a problem. Really annoying as a tank when my healer pops a shield on me just as I'm running up to the enemies and it auto-targets my healer (which is never necessary, so why?!), so now I have to tab-spam to re-target the primary enemy before I can engage...all while they're raining fire on me for exposing my position without drawing first blood. There is no purpose whatsoever in a friendly auto-target. Fly text is enough to see who's healing or buffing you.
  2. Funny how nowhere in the THREE sources of material (re-read my OP, I have amended with source material) on how to get the Darth Hexid companion does it say that an achievement is required to get it. One of those sources are the patch notes. It has nothing to do with character limitations on a launcher article, or my only reading one source, or needing a lawyer to peruse the contract for fine print, or any of it. In 3 separate instances that I have shown, Bioware failed to specify any requirements other than completing 3 PvE or PvP missions via the Group Finder within the dates stated. The only time an achievement was even mentioned, it was not directly tied in to the acquisition of the Darth Hexid companion. No achievement was necessary for the pet either, yet I received that since I did log in during those dates. So all of your arguments about how ignorant or incompetent I am are moot. Bioware failed to properly state the correct requirements on at least 3 different occasions on how to get the companion. I did what was required as per all 3 of those. I did not receive my reward as advertised.
  3. Funny how your response is argumentative, pointless, and ignorant.
  4. First, the only way I heard about the Darth Hexid giveaway was from the news article via the launcher. In it, there was no mention of "daily reward eligibility" or "achievement", just complete 3 PvE or PvP missions through the group finder within a certain set of dates. THAT WAS ALL. The only way I found out anything about daily reward eligibility or achievements was AFTER I did not receive my Darth Hexid in the in-game mail and went ***? So I wonder how many other players were also duped into PUG-Hell doing flashpoints or warzones to get a companion they would never receive. Not every player surfs the forums. Not every player reads the patch notes. You posted a news article saying "do this and you get that". I did "this", but did not get "that". Rip. Off. edit... News article: http://www.swtor.com/info/news/news-article/20171102 "Darth Hexid will join forces with players who complete three PvE or three PvP missions through Group Finder between November 8 - 27, 2017." Another article: http://www.swtor.com/info/in-game-events "•Earn the merciless Darth Hexid Companion who delights in crushing all opposition when you complete three PvE or three PvP missions through Group Finder by the November 27th deadline." Patch notes: http://www.swtor.com/patchnotes/1182017/game-update-5.5.1 "•Earn the merciless Darth Hexid Companion by completing three PvE activities in Group Finder or three PvP Warzone matches. Darth Hexid will be delivered to all eligible players on 11/28." Nope, nothing.
  5. I can somewhat understand your opposition to this, however I think your reaction is a little oversensitive. Now, if the German European server was that way, OK, maybe that's a little more applicable to complain about. Think about this though: Many people play Imperial characters, including Imperial officers. Maybe you yourself have one or more. The Imperial soldiers, AKA Stormtroopers, were appropriately named after the Nazi Stormtroopers, as was the entire Empire's structure and behavior and rhetoric styled after the Nazi Third Reich (considering Lucas obviously wanted it that way, making the franchise bad guys like the real life bad guys). Something as relatively trivial as an acronym for a server is hardly something to complain about when half of the game is "Nazi-esque".
