  1. wow....just.....wow. Grandiose delusions are the symptoms of someone experiencing the manic phase of bipolar, some forms of schizophrenia or substance abuse. Which of these are you?
  2. Yeas but you couldn't buy t3 mods unless you were raiding t3 to get those commendations
  3. I'll assume that again the lack of constructive reasoning as to why this would be a bad idea is your way of admitting you were trolling then shall i? No need to be sarcastic, just give reasons as to why you disagree
  4. I believe i said columi/rakatta commendations, read the first post, nothing said about daily commendations
  5. Care to explain why? giving them to vendors and seeling them for columi and rakatta commendations is a fair way of allowing people who have put in the time and effort to earn them get them instead of having to save up even more to buy a duplicate piece of armor that has better mods and strip it out to get the correct set bonus for the class. If you are going to enter into a discussion don't just troll with mundane comments, give reasons.
  6. But they do make barrels, after reverse engineering for ages to get the epic barrels you find out that you can get a better one on ilum for only 8 commendations, also, we have no epic patterns or epic weapons that can be made at full 400. You can make earpieces that are epic from pattern drops. By allowing lvl 56+ mods to be made by crafters will just see people get to 50 in orange modable gear and buy all the stuff they need instead of earning it. Giving to crafters is not the answer for this.
  7. No. Troopers dressed as jedi guardians is stupid, smugglers dressed as jedi sentinals is stupid. Looking like the class you are is not stupid.
  8. In honesty armstech is in a worse place than cybertech atm
  9. Thats exactly my point, would be nice to not have to save up so may commendations just to strip the mods out of an item when they could be sold individually for cheaper
  10. Perhaps it would be a good idea to implement into the columi and rakatta vendors a way of purchasing individual mods and enhancements for columi/rakatta commendations. Some of the available gear doesn't have the best secondary stats for the class and allowing the purchase of a single mod or enhancement would allow us to customise our gear a little more. As there is no way of purchasing a 56 or higher rated mod/enhancement. Allowing us to use our spare commendations to buy these would be a great idea. Thoughts of anyone else?
  11. I find the crit/surge > power argument quite interesting. Are we swapping out mods from the enforcer gear and putting it into our field tech gear to achieve higher levels of crit and surge as i've noticed that alot of the columi/rakatta gear is power/accuracy heavy for us. I think they should make mods available for commendations to allow us some customisation options on what we stack.
  12. rotation i'm using atm is: smugglers luck (for 100%crit on charged burst) vital flourish cover charged burst illegal mods speedshot rapid fire speedshot speedshot aimed shot trickshot charged burst flurry charged burst flurry trickshot flurry speedshot aimed shot trickshot etc etc With this rotation i have no energy issues, aimed shot is pretty much guaranteed to be 1.5 secs due to being able to proc off each of speedshots hits and you get trickshot into the rotation twice which is our highest dmg per energy point. When boss is under 30% you put quickdraw in whenever possible but never cut off a speedshot to aimshot by putting something between these, as it stands aimed shot comes off cooldown right when speedshot finishes unless you get a 2.5sec cast on it which you'd have to be unlucky to do. I can see the idea of putting aimed shot in asap as its high dmg on a short cast if you get the proc but by putting it after speedshot you sync it up with speedshot and as i said pretty much guarantee that crit and proc.
  13. I did take the extra 10 energy actually, just forgot about it, just means that when you get to 66/110 energy you drop below the 60% so you actually only gain 4 energy from that talent that keeps you above the 60%. I'll try the rotation out and see what it feels like, up to now i've been going: flourish insta charged burst illegal mods speedshot (refresh speedshot move forgot what its called) speedshot speedshot aimed shot trickshot flurry charged burst flurry trickshot flurry speedshot aimed shot trickshot flurry charged flurry you get the idea keeps me above 60% and if i want to blow a bit of extra dps into a boss i just use extra charged bursts in place of the flurries and pop coolhead then. Once you get 2 set columi field tech you get 10 energy back from using illegal mods aswell. I just find that with the extra crit chance we have on Charged burst it makes it worth using over sabo charge.
  14. How's the energy on it though? that rotation uses around 97 energy and regens around 78(assuming in cover and regening 6 per second from sharpsooter talent). Total time of the rotation is about 13.5 seconds so every 13.5 seconds you lose 19 energy until under 60% energy and then the regen gets less. flourish - instant cast 10 energy 1.5sec gcd so 6 energy returned (as the .5 wouldn't return the other 3 til the next full second) at 96 energy sabo charge - instant cast 20 energy 1.5sec gcd 12 energy returned at 88 energy charged burst - instant or 1.5sec cast same as gcd anyway 20 energy 6 returned at 74 energy trickshot instant cast 6 energy(assuming talented ofc) 1.5sec gcd 12 returned at 80 energy aimed shot 1.5sec/2.5sec(will assume critted) 15 energy 6 returned at 71 energy speed shot 3sec channel 20 energy 18 returned at 69 energy flurry of bolts instant cast 1.5sec gcd freecast 12 energy returned at 81 energy so if you start the rotation again at 81 energy you drop into the under 60% mark by the time you use your next charged burst. Which off the top of my head probably means that you'll be under 20% energy within 3 - 4 rotations. Now as each rotation takes around 13.5 seconds this is a total time of 54 seconds and with coolhead on a 2min cooldown this is not going to be sustainable. If i've worked it out wrong let me know. I haven't even included illegal mods and the extra speedshots in here wither so that would push us out of the 60% mark even quicker. Perhaps leaving sabo charge out of the rotation would be a good idea and make the rotation more sustainable?
