i'm colour blind and i have problems telling what markers and circles on the ground are what unless the animations involved are obvious (like the force walk marker). a little extra consideration when deciding what colours things are going to be would be nice. for example in all likelihood i will never be able to do operator9 in hm as so many colours are very similar to my eyes, in sm i can just run through them all....
another game i used to play had a tick box in preferences for "high contrast colours" or something similar which was designed to help. you need to be careful though that if someone says stay out of this colour circle, or run into this colour that the colours aren't changed completely.
