Two of my interface quickbar2 slots became unavailable to place a skill icon there. When I drag skill icon into slot and drop, it cant place there and slot stay empty, useless. Im not sure but may be It happened after respec. I tried to change placement of quickbar, number of slots, scales - it didnt help.
