    Hello, me and a friend just bought a guild ship. we started to collect those patterns for the additional rooms and picked some decoration stuff up. Now we want some fancy personel for our ship but this can only be obtained with "cartell certificate". Afaik those things use to be in those hyper-boxes. Is there a chance to obtain them now?
