I for one would love to have the Togruta race as a playable race. You already see them on almost every planet and their humanoid so it wouldn't be difficult. Plus this would be the first time in any SW game they'd be playable. The Chagrian race would be pretty sweet too.

Yes I think they should give people the option for a paid character transfer. How many people have a level 50 or so character on 1 server before their friends joined on another? Who really wants to spend the time remaking that character you already have just the way you want with special items and such you can't get anymore. Paid character transfer is a definite need.
