Dark Hunters is still in the middle of the discussion, but I can say that half of us want to move away, and half wants to do what the other half will do. BC is dying slowly, but it's just a hit, I know the community will live on, we always did, it'll always do.

Dark Hunters is undecided. We've been talking about moving some toons to harby and start a bit of a community there but we dont know anything for certain yet. Good luck to those who are about to seek new adventures in other servers!

Camels, I was wondering if you would allow the Dark Sorrows and Dark Hunters kills to merge together as if they were Dark Hunters. Reason behind this: Tomb of Sorrows is now dissolved and the people that were part of Dark Sorrows raiding group are now in Dark Hunters. The only person that stays outside of the guild but still runs with us is Persausdcw, but since there are no others I'd appreciate if we could just credit all the kills to Dark Hunters as a guild, not as a separated raiding group. Can it be done Sensei?

Herro! Well, pretty much like the title says, I was wondering if there is a way to know the days a guild has been active, or the date it was founded. Our guild started off as a group of friends just wanting to have a relaxed time on a different faction, and neither of them remember the exact day they started it, but after a long time we've grown very big, and such a day should be reason to celebrate. So I was wondering if there was a way of getting the exact date, because I'm sure BioWare has records of every event saved somewhere. and I know I must not be the only one with this question Thanks!

it was actually going to be something like Filthy Casuals or No More B.S. but we all wanted to have guild names included. Credit belongs to an operations group, not a single guild. Dark Hunters, Tomb of Sorrows, Dark Clan Warriors and Zuhara. A huge thanks to Xenoph for putting it together, it was about time imps started to get some more clears.

I find this to be a great idea, and at the same time could cause a lot of complications. This being said, I would like to see something other than just the guild tag on someone's head to realize what guild they're in. It's kind of iconic, and I like the idea.

Ok so, back in topic, I would very much like to get some guilds to gather like the past PvE summit we had but now, regarding all the aspects of gameplay. Honestly it sounds pretty much like dull and boring politics but I don't see that anything else would be fitting to define a matter like this. The whole server needs to improve, and it's up to the veterans and experienced people to take action. I would like to call for another summit, one that involves into a solution, not just a world of words and people introducing themselves and talking about better times. We all need the talent pool in the server to get better, and if we want that, it's up to us to make it happen. If we want to. I would very much encourage people to make more pugs though, more vets spamming gen chat bringing new people into harder gameplay styles and teaching while we settle a date for this to happen if we decide that it should happen at all. There is not much else to do than that, sharing and teaching, so I'd love to see that coming.

There is only one way of making the server a better place, and it's by teaching new people rather than just tossing them aside with the rest of the meat for pugs. You have to be both, patient and careful. You don't want them to think you're the ONLY solution to their newbieness, and you don't want them to become self-righteous ego-monsters. The solution to the issue on both, PvP and PvE is to start cross-guild + cross-faction groups willing to open up to the fresh and new, and share what they know about their classes/roles. This has been attempted in the past, but it's always been a monumental failure because of conflicts of ego and people losing trail of the main goal and focusing only on who's got the biggest saber. First I would love to know if we want to actually forget about the size of our egos for a moment and realize that at least 95% of the server isn't on a competitive gameplay level, and that in order to stop the masses of good talents from leaving the server, we would have to actually do something about the other 95%. I think BC has colourful and variated niches of good talents and people that know their stuff and how to get things done, but there's also a lot of people who would make their opinion more valuable by having a bad attitude towards the rest of the community rather than actually trying to share it openly and in a good way. And then there's the other side of the crowd, those that in order to avoid that kind of attitude issues close themselves on a tight group of people and try to work the way they think is the right way, even if it isn't. My point is, that, if we are gonna try and make this thing work, once and for all, WE ALL need to forget about size of sabers, epeen, who's the more talented and who's a total newbie, who's competitive and who's casual, sit together on a voice chat and figure out what to do about the lack of talent on 95% of the server. Labels can wait until after a month into 3.0, can't they? Yes, I know, this is an MMO, so there will be people that would rather get known by the size of their sabers than by having fame of leading successful groups into competitive gameplay, but I'm willing to bet there is at least 50 persons that would set that aside and work towards 3.0 with more than just themselves.

hmmmm Family, progression, small group of people... Maybe you can also check out Dark Hunters We're a relaitvely big guild with a small core of raiders that do HM and NiM runs for fun. Often we pug with ToS and some other guilds and we like the challenge endgame has to offer. PM me for more info and I'll happily fill you in.
