What I run on my scoundrel is : (full BiS dread forged) 4 piece pve healer set bonus and of course artful mod 34 on everything Power / surge earpiece 2 power / surge implants Focused retribution and serendipitous assault relics 2 power / surge enhancements 1 power / alacrity enhancement 4 crit / alacrity enhancements Im not in game atm, but iirc I end up with 470 surge rating, 470 alacrity rating, ~28% crit chance (i think). I like it

Ask the other healer what they think, should be easy to tell for them.

Shock charge doesn't increase wounding shots damage either or the pvpers would be crying for more than just a flyby nerf.

A sage healer and myself (scoundrel) ran in and did that after a few times of trying to figure out what to do. and after throwing all of our hots and big heals on him I had to pop my adrenals and relic and we only passed with 3-5% each time. It is possible with just 2 healers, but since the dps tore through their challenge we might consider pulling in a dps to off heal like mentioned above.

Just finished Raptus a bit ago, he is not a very fun fight. My partner healer (sage) and myself (scoundrel) had a fairly tough time keeping the NPC from dying, it was extremely close each time (around 3-5% health remaining) I don't know if everyone was having the same amount of trouble with the fight, but its a really tight heal check it seems.

I have 474 alacrity rating which is 8.25% alacrity for me, and my UW medicine cast time is 1.8. Also, I do have the 2% alacrity skill. I see the math posts above me and mine seems a bit off from their numbers, but when i get home I can add a screenshot if needed.

Personally I use Boundless Ages and a Serendipitous Assault. The on demand burst is a nice addition, and you can time it with your SA proc if you really feel like it to get a few extra seconds of higher power. The mending relic doesn't help much, and when it does proc it often seems like its wasted on overhealing. From what I hear, SA relics of different tiers are stacking procs atm. I personally wouldn't use two SA relics while healing because with my luck I always get the procs when I don't need them and they are wasted. But find what works best for you, maybe you are lucky and can get it to work.
