  1. Killing the operation boss gives you a lore-category codex page The Eyeless, size/difficulty of ops probably doesn't matter. Shellshock has no codex associated with it. Rakghouls on Alderaan (event-category) is automatically given when you arrive at Alderaan spaceport, and besides that everything theStirge mentioned is correct. We still have to see if Rakghouls on Corellia & Rakghouls on Tatooine are obtainable when the event reaches those planets later (whenever that is I don't know), but so far it's looking like a bug-free event as far as codex goes, which is quite nice.
  2. Technically those codex pages (among others) must still exist inside the game data, because there's no other explanation for each class having their "Achievement: Titles" category totalling 100+ entries, while in reality about 60-70 of them can realistically be obtained in-game.
  3. The people who originally coded the codex system have probably all but left the company, or have been reassigned to new positions, sadly, because now there doesn't really seem to be much interest or excitement on Bioware's part to actually make sense of the system as a whole. However, besides much-needed fixes they have been systematically removing interesting entries that had the misfortune of being bugged in some way in the past - like those recent 3 Bestiary entries (all of those monsters are in the game somewhere after all, could've just as easily made them unlock in-game), not to mention that whole juicy golden pile of player titles, all which had their codex pages done, complete with lore text plus images and whatnot, all removed or never touched at. I just don't get it. I liked Tait Watson's recent comment about getting back to codex fixes more in the coming days, but who knows what'll happen. So uhh... to continue on this topic, does anybody know how the total entries at the bottom of the codex page is calculated? It certainly doesn't seem to add up with all the entries you can collect, so, another codex bug then...
  4. I often hit Acid Blade twice (or more!) by accident, sometimes I forget to apply it altogether, it's frustrating all right. But I still feel the skill is fine the way it works now. The fact that you can manage and apply it at any moment can be a benefit in many situations where you're either energy capping or needing to regen energy before the next backstab. Between watching for corrosive dart dot, keeping track of TA, and alternating backstab/hidden strike, there isn't much else in the rotation that would challenge me to keep myself alert and involved in the fight if it weren't the lovely AB that I so often in the heat of battle always seem to mess up... it's a simple ability to use, but keeps an agent on his toes.
  5. I didn't get the achievement for 8m Storymode Colonel Vorgath in Explosive Conflict OP a few days ago. Has anyone else experienced the same, or if it was just me?
  6. Sorry for being ambiguous about those, I didn't separate them by faction in my earlier post. I rechecked all the test entries again, and here's the score: 2. cdx.test.damion.awesomeness - BOTH FACTIONS 3. cdx.test.qa.jgibbs.faathras_palace - EMPIRE ONLY 4. cdx.test.qa.jgibbs.test.tus_64773 - EMPIRE ONLY 5. cdx.test.qa.jgibbs.test.tus_64773_prev - EMPIRE ONLY 6. cdx.test.qa.jgibbs.tus_64773_prev - BOTH FACTIONS 7. cdx.test.test.more - BOTH FACTIONS
  7. To me it's somewhat perplexing how easily most of it could be corrected. Remove unnecessary entries, correct faction flags, change categories of some entries. The hard part can't be granting entries retroactively for characters who've already fulfilled the conditions, because they've succesfully proven to be able to do that in the past, or adding new interactable lore objects to the world. Perhaps it boils down to not having enough staff to spare time for "side-projects" like this? Interestingly enough WoW has no (or very, very few) achievement bugs whatsoever, and if they discover any, their crew sets out to fix them almost instantly.
  8. Here's some updates for titles... 17. Invalid Title - There's no title like this in the game data, so remove it from this list. 18. Imperial Scholar - still in Titles category, it wasn't moved to Lost Knowledge like shamfurdispray said. 34. the Hand of Jadus - no title by this name exists at all anymore, remove it from this list. 35. the Emperor's Wrath - this title still exists, it's simply been renamed to display "Darth" for Sith Warrior. So NOT bugged. 36. Jailbreaker - moved to Lost Knowledge. 37. Primeval Explorer - still in titles category no matter what the patch notes said. Wasn't moved to Lost Knowledge, still counts for planet entries. 38. Conqueror of Corellia - same as 37. 39. Paladin of House Organa - same as 37.
  9. I'd like to add clarification to how exactly some of the entries mentioned here are bugged, and why... if devs are reading this (and they really, really should be), chances are they'll start taking bites at fixing something that's clearly documented and explained to ease the task. You might want to replace the text in the first post with these I can add more to this list later if you let me know whether these examples are at all helpful or not. BESTIARY: 1. Akk Dog - (flagged for both factions, fix: mark it as Empire-only) 2. Asharl Panther - (bugged, cannot be obtained in-game) 3. Bogwing - (bugged, cannot be obtained in-game) 4. Gundark - (flagged for both factions, fix: mark it as Empire-only) 5. Jurgoran - (flagged for both factions, fix: mark it as Empire-only) 6. Kath Hound - (bugged, cannot be obtained in-game) 7. Orobird - (bugged, cannot be obtained in-game) 8. Skyslasher - (bugged, cannot be obtained in-game) 9. Sleen - (flagged for both factions, fix: mark it as Empire-only) 10. Vine Cat - (flagged for both factions, fix: mark it as Empire-only) 11. Vulagool - (bugged, cannot be obtained in-game) 12. Yozusk -(flagged for both factions, fix: mark it as Empire-only) 13. Skel - (flagged for both factions, fix: mark it as Republic-only) 14. cdx.qa.gameplay_persistence.string_test.harvorisk_test - (this entry is in the data files and can't be found in-game, but it still counts as a bestiary entry for both factions, messing up the totals!) LOCATIONS: 1. CZ-198 - (This might be bugged. Has anybody got it?) 2. cdx.test.damion.awesomeness 3. cdx.test.qa.jgibbs.faathras_palace 4. cdx.test.qa.jgibbs.test.tus_64773 5. cdx.test.qa.jgibbs.test.tus_64773_prev 6. cdx.test.qa.jgibbs.tus_64773_prev 7. cdx.test.test.more - (these 6 entries are in the data files and can't be found in-game obviously, but they still count as locations for both factions, messing up the totals!) I can confirm Stronghold One isn't bugged, it's intended for Empire players only and it's working as intended.
  10. Thank you, Twisselmann, what a great find! This is a relief... I spent about five hours yesterday searching for this last one. Much appreciated! By the way, Twolightsabers, you might want to update the original post and add in the fifth Balmorra droid's location... I edited my earlier post when I found it, so you probably missed it. Here: At approx. 728, 1090, above the spacecraft wreck in the area where the "Comrades in Arms" heroic quest is done. It might be a little hard to spot from the ground level, but easily seen from the hill overlooking it from Sundari Flatlands up to the east.
  11. I found another one on Balmorra (Imperial side). Approx -62, 1874 , on the roof of the Troida Military Workshop building. I spotted this one from the cliff overlooking the chasm from the east. EDIT: And found the fifth at Balmorra as well. At approx. 728, 1090, above the spacecraft wreck in the area where the "Comrades in Arms" heroic quest is done. It might be a little hard to spot from the ground, but I spotted it from the high hill to the east while I was heading to the new Corrupted Fields area.
  12. Hello devs, there still seem to be a few bugged lore objects around that cannot be accessed on any class that prevent us getting the Loremaster title. I apologize if some of these have been fixed already (but I'd be suprised if that were the case). Also, there's another bug: I didn't receive the Dark V Achievement (or for that matter any of the Dark Side alignment achievements), even though I had gotten Dark V before 2.0. I have the "Loathsome" title codex entry to prove I did get Dark V before. Shouldn't it count for the achievement?
  13. I made a fresh Sith Inquisitor on PTS, leveled him normally to 10 and got First Line of Defense titles for all my toons on live servers. However, I went ahead after getting the level 55 boost, completed Act 1, but didn't receive the Cutting Edge title (it's been about two weeks now and nothing). So it should be safe to say that you cannot use the level buff if you want to get this title. I'm thinking that it's also leveling a fresh created PTS character to level 30 being another requirement for this title... it would explain why the level boost doesn't work.
