Right-click the icon, select properties, go to compatibility tab and then select there "run as administrator" and "run in Win 7 mode" After that the game will run in full screen, even if you used to run in windowed mode. BTY, you can't see the mouse cursor but it is working. When you move you can see the hint texts. Move it to the left bottom area and select the settings button to change the screen mode do "windowed"! PS: they changed the graphic settings! That's what is causing this problem. Good Luck!

I'm having the same problem. And I have already reinstalled the game. The DNS flush and run as admin are not working either.
