  1. I have huge doubts about this happening, but one never knows for sure if they don't try to raise awareness of the idea. So I wholly support this idea. Same goes for the Force sensitive classes. Let us use whatever types of lightsabers we want on Jedi, let us have Guardians with saberstaves and dual-wielding Sages.
  2. I recently wrote a similar thread, and while I doubt BW would implement something this complex, I am all for starship customization!
  3. While I haven't played the Saboteur storyline yet, I am planning to do so on my canon Outlander Darth Imperius. She has been a slave in the Empire for a long time, hated the whole social structure and wanted to change it at first when she rose to power, disagreed with many of their ways even if she initially considered Republic to be bad in some ways( she considered Jedi hypocritical in many ways), and her friend who shared her sentiments left the Empire shortly before her being frozen in carbonate, having come to a conclusion that the Empire is beyond reformation. Then Darth Imperius gets released from carbonate and actually gets to work with the Republic and the Jedi, actually realizes they are not as bad as they initially seemed, their attitude towards diversity and lack of backstabbing Sith actually made her like the Republic. Add to that the fact that she is in a relationship with Theron, a Rep, and so she switches sides by the time Iokath comes along. Having to play essentially your home faction's story is disappointing, especially when they already allowed us to choose factions on Iokath, so it is not a problem of technical implementation. While the story is enjoyable and makes more sense if you side with your home faction, from the stuff I've heard and seen there is just not enough double agent stuff. You barely do anything to undermine anyone, mostly you just keep doing the same thing you would have done as if you sided with the home faction. At least let traitors be traitors if the players chose it, BW. Let our characters do something that genuinely goes against their faction in a major way, like actually helping Gnost-Dural escape, or letting Malora go, or sabotaging something about your home faction's forces. Something more than just pretending to be the perfect Rep/ Imp hero you once were without a major cause.
  4. Thing is, datacron also auto-levels you and costs lots of CM. We need something more budget and without the auto-level.
  5. As a RPer who likes making up backstories for her different characters, I have no intent to run the class story on all of them purely because I don't think the class story always fits the actual background I have in mind for them. So I thought it would be nice if we had a possibility to get a ship without doing the class story until a certain point, be it through some quest or credits. I also know that what I am asking is probably too much to implement due to the companion placement, but as an extension of this idea, allow us to buy different spaceships that we can purchase with credits, obtain through quests, etc. The ships we have now can stay as the defaults that we get through the class story, but we can get others and choose from them. I feel like this would add a great deal of individuality to the characters. Whatever, just let my 5th Consular get a ship without having to run through a story that logically couldn't have happened to them( because according to what I wrote, they were a child at the time the class stories actually happened). Or let my SI in making get a ship without having to go through the whole slave thing, because their backstory blatantly contradicts it.
  6. Don't care about that much, but I am all for players who couldn't get Master Ranos for whatever reason be able to get her again. I do not feel entitled to any exclusivity because I did the DvL event, and I am happy the Dark and Light tunings appeaed on CM so other players can enjoy them like me. If someone else can enjoy it, I am happy for them. Besides, the DvL event( more like level an alt event) was boring as hell anyway.
  7. I myself prefer the Rep stories. Also, I love characters like Kira, T7, Scourge, Zenith, Aric, Elara, Risha, Bowdaar, Akaavi and Nadia. And these are just the class story companions. Also, I love Theron to bits. As for Jedi Under Siege... Tau is queen and anyone who disagrees can fight me at Denny's at 3 AM
  8. However it may look from Theron's arc perspective, you do realize it looks both evil and stupid from the Outlander's perspective to be this focused on petty revenge, regardless on whether it is actually killing him or leaving him to die? Not acting while someone dies when one is able to do something is just as bad as actually laying a hand on them. So either way, if the Outlander takes this choice, they are responsible for another man's death out of sheer pettiness and stupidity. Whether they killed him themselves or left him to die, these two are equal to me in this case.
  9. 3 years ago, prior to the release of Knights Of The Fallen Empire, there were lightsabers in the game that had an ornate, silvery, spiky hilt, akin to the one used by Revan. They were both alignment dependant and neutral, and players could get them regardless of alignment. After the release of KOTFE, however, most of them were removed from the game. I am aware that a Dark Side-gated version of the hilt is still avaliable as a random world drop, however, it poses several inconveniences. First, the rarity of this drop requires either a lot of grinding, or resorting to GTN, the prices of which for this particular item can reach up to 5 million credits. All for an item that was freely available to everyone 3 years ago. I don't think this is within any boundaries of fair pricing. Second, the fact that it is Dark Side-gated makes it inconvenient to use for players who want to wear Light Side reward clothing, or simply prefer playing Light Side/ Neutral, despite the fact that originally the hilt was available to all alignments. I do not see why should it be DS-only now, when the game right now is encouraging of individuality when it comes to looks, regardless of alignment( which I am honestly thankful for). I really love this hilt, and still use it on my Sage. I hope you can look into adding it back to the game as an alignment-neutral hilt like you did with some of the old clothing, because some players really enjoy the old cosmetics.
  10. I mean, I am okay with peeps romancing either( as a person who romanced Arcann on one of her characters among other things, besides I've seen people stanning worse things than both Kaliyo and Arcann, and the sequel trilogy fandom alone is a huge example for me when it comes to this), but this is honestly hypocritical. You spare people who have done worse, but let a character who has been loyal to you all along die? Pffft...
  11. This. I was so bitter they even put it in. It is clear in the story that there are no pragmatic factors( like the "will only slow you down" thing frequently used in similar scenarios) to leave him for dead either, and by the time we are presented with the choice, he has proven himself loyal, so it is not a question of not wanting to take any chances either. This option paints the PC who picks it as just plain petty, cartoonishly evil and holding grudges to the point it clouds their rational mind. And honestly, I feel the only reason it is there in the first place was to applease the full DS trigger-happy edgelords that dwell in the Dromund Kaas general chat.
  12. I agree that we should be given a choice during the skip. The only reason I can't play Imp Side Ossus yet is because I don't have an Imperial character who completed Iokath, and I really don't want them to go DS psycho and kill Theron, a choice I consider both evil and stupid.
  13. I also added Paxton via the Holocom on my Guardian, and I don't see his alert now. Don't have Shae or Ranos, so can't check, but no problems with Hexid so far.
  14. Today I got my Paxton Rall and decided to check if he was customizeable. As I opened the appearance tab, I found that there are outfit slots, however they are empty and placing outfits into them doesn't change anything. This is confusing. Was he even supposed to be customizeable? I hope he was.
