  1. We now have 2 PVP nights, one Republic and one Imperial! If you're interested in social PVP, unranked and ranked, we might be a good fit for you!
  2. Definitely check out Pillars of Ashla (forum recruitment thread and website). It sounds like we share similar values in gaming. Real-life always come first and guild members are understanding and accommodating. We have 2 progression nights per week for members who are end-game focused (currently Republic only, Imperial ones starting soon, as well as casual, fun op nights. We have a small group of PVP players, but would love to have more! There are also many casual, laid back people who just want to level, run flashpoints, work on conquest goals, or just hang out. If you have any questions, you can /cjoin poa and talk with guild members online (peak hours are best), or contact someone through the website or the recruitment thread.
  3. Are you still recruiting for conquest objectives?
  4. Check out Pillars of Ashla (Imperial side is Ashes of Ashla)! We're a fairly laid back group and real life always comes first. While we offer raiding and PVP opportunities, there's no requirement or pressure for members to do either. Sign ups are pretty open so members can pick and choose what fits their favorite play style and their time available. It may take longer to get to know casual players, but the personality of the member is far more important than how much time they put into the game or which role they like. I'd say that we're pretty social - maybe not chatting non-stop all the time, but guild chat is pretty active during peak hours. We also have Mumble. If you have any questions, give us a shout on our website, hit us up in-game (/cjoin poa), or send me a reply and I'll do my best to answer it!
  5. Check out Pillars of Ashla! We're a fairly casual guild with multiple raiding nights (gearing and progression), a cross-faction PVP night, and a conquest guild fun night. There aren't any formal flashpoint nights, but members tend to self-organize every night for those. I've never had a problem asking for help in guild chat. From learning how to play SWTOR to questions about advanced classes/rotations, there's always someone online who can answer the question (or at least direct me to the member to ask!). Additionally, elitist attitudes are frowned upon. There's no major distinction between a Trial Member and a Member, except for the guild bank withdrawal limit. There are gear requirements for progression raiding, but members aren't distinguished by participating in progression raids - it's simply another guild activity available for anyone who is interested. If you have any questions, give us a shout on our website, hit us up in-game (/cjoin poa), or send me a reply and I'll do my best to answer it!
  6. We placed in the top 10 again this week for conquests! Great job, everyone! If you're interested in raiding, conquest, PVP, achievements, or simply leveling in a guild full of friendly, helpful folks, check out Pillars of Ashla and see if we'd be a good fit for you. We are always recruiting all classes, all roles, and all levels of activity.

  8. Conquest week is off to a great start! If you're interested in the newest addition to the game, stop by Pillars of Ashla and see if we'd be a good fit for you.
  9. Check out Pillars of Ashla/Ashes of Ashla! We bought our Republic-side guild flagship on Tuesday, and we're working on how to best incorporate conquest into our weekly list of scheduled events. Check out our recruitment thread on the forums for more information.
  10. Check out Pillars of Ashla/Ashes of Ashla! We have gearing operations, which are also a great place to learn operations as well. The ops leaders throw out reminders before each fight because experience is the best way to learn, and will often drop advice/reminders during the fights as well. As for leveling, a lot of people choose to level solo, but if you're ever stuck on something, someone will help out! There is a trial and recruit phase, but the main criteria for becoming a member is based on community interaction. Just hang out with us, get to know us, and let us get to know you. We have the 10% xp bonus and a Republic-side guild flagship. Check out our recruitment thread on the forums for more information.
  11. We just added a second Imperial operations night on Saturdays!
