So then it can be any color? Does not require a certain tone?

Okay guys! as the title says, I've been searching for the answer all through google.. And I've found that Blue skinned twi'leks and light green turn into white.. But i wanted to know if anyone could confirm that.. I seen someone with a white Twi'lek in a BG the other day (didn't catch their name) and it looked amazing with her Tattoos Etc. So if anyone could please give an insight into this i would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you!
